Ghul of Mayhem saying they that people would be surprised to find out that they are actually "pretty ok people". I worked with these guys when they came to the city during the DMDS tour, we had a blast, very profesional on stage, and off stage super cool people, I remember overhearing Hellhammer talking with his drumtech about how much they appreciated the fans, and they did, many took photos with them on the streets and got to meet them backstage, he made drawings and signed all the drumheads for the drums' owner because it was new and bought for that show, dude was a fan. After the show I asked them if they would sign one of the tech specs sheets for the sound dep and they made some very cool drawings for us. Many great memories from that day. Fuck the haters and their nazi BS.

This line-up of Mayhem is my personal outright favorite, these guys are seriously restoring Mayhem's glory. Daemon is so dark, satanic, so much high evil energy get whenever i listen to it, i feel like im at the depths of hell 😃😃

One may say that the sound tends to Marduk/Dissection like swedish essence - I say why not. Love the record all the way through.

I think black metal artists are hypocrites. They act all happy in front of the microphone when some one is interviewing them but when interacting with fans (online) it's just a different situation. Their answering to questions is very limited. It's like, " We want your money, but we really don't like our fans." Well, that is okay. We all know these guys are not going to heaven and will be singing in Christ God's Choir in the afterlife. North America 2023.
Artist who don't give a shit about accumulating fans are the best. Also those who don't give a fuck about Christianity and it shows in the music AND personal life are the real deal.
