Little Tractor vs Big Tree

Using a 1 ton John Deere 750 to move a 3-4 ton cedar tree... in the mud! Took some effort, but got 'er done! Had some fun in the mud along the way.
Next step is to see if I can actually get the giant cedar log out of the woods, and if it is worth milling; I think there may be some useful lumber in there.

I agree with ra. You should take that cedar tree to a mill...or find someone with a mobile mill.

Not sure I have seen a cedar tree that big. What sort of tools do you have to mill it?

I can’t mill it, would haul it off to a mill. Need to cut in half first so that I can fit it onto my trailer.

Nice. I’ll need to look into that. There’s also an Amish mill in the St Louis area that my friend takes logs to.
