    Couldn't do all 3 rounds the first time I tried this but after 5 days in a row I can finally complete it. Feeling good and enjoying it

    So no rest between one exercise and the other . How long the rest among the rounds ?

      I plan on starting out doing this once a week for a couple of weeks, then add in RULK's RFT beginner exercises. After week 4, I'll switch to RULK's RFT intermediate, and a different HIIT workout.
      You could probably do this too if you want.

    Good workout, but being given a little bit more than half a fucking split second when transitioning from one exercise to the next would be better. I know it might make the total video 16:50 instead of 16:29, but it would be worth it.
