Thanks! I have a question about the remove duplicates portion. Are the rows associated with the duplicates deleted too? Or would only the duplicates in the column be deleted and shifted upward (which mixes up the rows)?

Excel Guru ji: will you be able to prepare a video where you show how to create a drop down (if menu bar is at top) or a pop up menu (if menu bar is at bottom) like how we have on web sites? Clicking on those menu items, user can navigate to different sections of the workbook. You help is greatly appreciated.

If I sum the value it should be in order 6

Hi, now i understand it. Yes, it can be done, you would have 1st extract the content from teh cell using LEFT or RIGHT formula in combination with FIND formula an then you can add them. Its tough to do though. You learn about these formulas on my website HTTP://WWW.MYELESSON.ORG
