Hi there! The introductory price was specific to the beta testing phase, with $49.95 always planned as the final price. This product isn’t likely to see any further price adjustments in the future. As for Premium, that’s the one we’ve mentioned working on making more affordable. :)
Do you have to say request/commands or can you type them? I need a solution that can be used in a quiet environment where talking to my computer is not an option.
Pilots used to do announcements like the ones that the Tour Guides do. For example, around 20 years ago, a Frontier Captain told us we were flying over Niagara Falls. Understandably, due to potential terrorism issues, they stopped doing that.
Pre-9/11 was a completely different world! I remember walking through the Orlando airport to meet a friend of my mother’s cousin that worked for TWA. He gave us a tour of an aircraft, got my picture taken by the engine and we got to see the maintenance office. Wouldn’t be able to do that nowadays!
Thanks very much for the review here. I just decided to take the plunge and purchased the premium version. So far, so good, but just curious about how to exit the program. I tired clicking on the 'x' and it doesn't seem to fully close. Even after I exit the sim, it is still running in the background in Task Manager. Is this normal? Any insights greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
@@SizzlingPopcorn hahaha. Well, not quite over the hill, but certainly on my way. By the way, I contacted the SI support through their discord server and they recommended simply uninstalling and reinstalling the client. I did that and it seems fine now. Thanks again and all the best.
Excellent video thanks Sizzling Popcorn. I highly recommend the Premium package it’s brilliant and there’s lots more to come. The Entourage only package is great for those not requiring the ATC coverage, but the supporting features that bring your flight to life. There’s much more to come too.
Agree! They switched me to Entourage for a day - my hurricane stream - and I wanted premium back right away! Once you have the ATC, you don’t want to go back to nothing.
@@kevindavis8175Too bad PE is limited to the western half of the US. I love SI and how quickly they’re innovating. Heck, they quickly got it running on MSFS 2024 for the Tech Alpha last weekend!
What do you mean Entourage vs Premium? Entourage is a completely different product with no ATC in it. And when you have Premium you have the complete Entourage in it as well.
Correct. Entourage will give you other’s ATC chatter, but you won’t have ATC. Entourage is a one-time payment vs Premium is subscription. I highly recommend Premium. By the end of the year, we should have the new ai-based search and rescue missions. Being a customer since July, these guys develop quite quickly!

Yes, they now have FlightLine, which will give you ATC via text message or WhatsApp. The SI app will also let you type rather than use voice.

Never had that issue. I'd recommend contact support via Discord.
