There's a bunch of those blue things that turn orange when you hit them literally right next to the tp south to Central Laboratory Ruins, the one with a water cube right next to it, to the right (looking at the map).
From that tp (looking at the map) go to the left until u're right in front (but not on top) of the white lines that represent the ruins, the tiny bit on the map that is cut from the rest. Right there on the very bottom of the land there's a bunch of those things I said and I have absolutely no clue what they're for 😭😭
I hope that wasn't too messy 😭

Ohhh that's the easy one. You have to look at the flowers at the bottom of the mechanism. If there's the yellow flower at the bottom of the mechanism, then change the colour of the mechanism to yellow. And if not (only grass), then change the colour to blue.
I think you have to change only 1 mechanism colors.

For the mechanical wheel one (4th seelie), you have to use Lynette normal attack and start the mechanism to unlock the area.
