  • This week I'm sharing how I set up a wellness planner in my Hobonichi Cousin--including health logs, menu planning, mood tracking and journaling. These ideas can be used in any type of planner, of course, so I hope you find some useful tips for your own planner.

    Great tips! I love the idea of using the sticky notes for the meals and then permanently writing it down afterwards.

    I love your ideas and am definitely going to try using the monthly layout in my planner to meal plan/track my meals - that is such a neat idea!

    Great video to how to track wellness. For me I add the weather too because it can really affect my mood. I’m much more productive when the sun shines!!

      That’s a great idea to add weather! I always wanted to use weather icons but didn’t feel like they were necessary, but this is a perfect way to use them.

      Yeah, I like the idea of keeping it all together like that to look back on since tracking wellness is so helpful in learning about yourself.

      It’s from an old A5 notebook I got years ago at a bookstore
