    30g of protein seems a lot for 1 meal, but seems way too little for all day. I'm a bit confused. 1 egg has 6-7g of protein.

      30g per meal isn’t as much as you think. 3 oz. of chicken has about 20g in itself. If you’re looking to have 30g protein worth of eggs instead of 5 whole eggs you can do 2 whole eggs and 5 egg whites. 5 whole eggs = 350 calories, but 2 whole eggs + 5 egg whites = 210.
      A protein shake 1 scoop in most protein powders have 20-25g. 2 slices of a good whole grain toast has about 10g. 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt has 25g. So there are various and easy ways to get to 30g.

    Three meals a day plus two snacks is too much for a lot of us. Unless your meals are like 400 calories it's a recipe for weight gain.
