I recently put a proline jeep Comanche clear body on my Gen8 v2, whole new animal!! Much better truck now, Plus many other upgrades also. Getting the Ecto this weekend!
@@ExocagedRC I finally got the Ecto! 💪 Changed out the pinion gear to a 13t and the overdrive gear to 11.83 plus the wheels and tires, Got the program card now also..
Hi Joe do you think the ford tucked would still work good on a rc similar to your superlite with all the trimming you done like thor? I allready have a cliffhanger i wants something different. Thanks.
I have my second Cliffhanger body on it's way. I will post a picture on your Facebook page when it's approved. I went with a yellow/red candy and carbon fiber areas on the hood and down the sides. Mine is a play rig.... capera axles VP dig and a 13.5 wheelbase. I used a IE RC narrow sliders.
@@MRPB54 hey thanks for pictures, JC need to take a look at how you trimmed the front as that is obviously where the guard line needs to be. You've done a great job getting it to work. Cheers👍
Excellent comparo! My Tuck trimmed to stock TRX4 painted is 118g. Stock TRX4 Sport body slight trim is 205g. Good to know the others are so much shorter. Great choice on the Cliffhanger- something different!
On your way to a prefect build. Chassis is second to none on ingenuity, creativeness and expertise... Cliffhanger body seems to be to me made specifically for this build. Now comes the paint scheme... ...Eddie Van Halen Frankenstein guitar came to mind...
Doing a body search for my SMT-10 Monster Truck chassis. Going off reservation into crawler territory and found the P-L Cliffhanger. Excellent video comparison you put together gives me two other options as well. Two thumbs up for very useful info on all three. Cheers. 'AC'
I thought the Cliffhanger was a Chevy Colorado... Actually I kind of want the Tucked as I don't comp and like the lack of a drop bed in the rear, which is my one complaint with the Proline Power Wagon. The bed is a pain to paint and is rather thin in spots.
I love the Creep body, even got one myself, because of you. BUT the Proline fits perfect. And it sets the Sv2 apart from the rest. Greetings from the Netherlands
Me and three other guys are running the cliffhanger, are Hobbyshop is working on warranty for us because they are cracking everywhere!!!!! Might just be are batch but look out when your running it!!!!! Mine was cracked before I touched it
Do the ford!!!! Everyone & there dog is running the cliffhanger. It’s getting as bad as the power wagon! only the power wagon is bad ass when it’s chopped & channeled lol. Cliffhanger is cool though. whatever you choose it will be cool anyway.
I’d run the cliffhanger.. it also would make v2 be different. But it’s yours and I know your partial to the creep.. its up to u. And could u heat the body and move the sides n on the proline.. cause that body looks so good.. and how would the old power wagon body compair to the creep?
Would like to hear why you chose the cheap flat rail in stock axial shape, rather than one of the more modern designs with angled skid and "improved " geometry and clearances ? I don't think you're wrong, am just asking. Good choice on the cliffhanger. Cheers mate 👍
My play areas and comp areas have a lot of jagged points to get over, the angled skids catch them a bit too much for me. The link geometry isn't modern either but it works well enough for me. If I had natural rocks and not broken concrete, I'd most likely have a chassis with an angled skid on it.
@@ExocagedRC great answer..lol. Obviously everyone has gone that way that makes one, and I get the concept but a lot of folks just follow along like sheep rather than choosing for legit reasons. Cheers mate 👍
The cliffhanger is definitely the best looking/fitting of them all! The tucked is horrible in my opinion,. First the creep was my favourite (just because you have very capable rigs underneath that)until you put the cliffhanger on sv2. I definitely need me to order myself the creep body someday 😀
The cliffhanger is a sweet body. I seen on at ECC this weekend n it fits extremely well. Looks even better in person. Also seen the PL ranger body too. Its to big n bulky imo
Go with the cliffhanger you have too many Creep bodies! Lol. I think every vehicle in your stock has the creep body! Lmao! I mean they are a good looking bodies, if you did something like a weathered or patina look on the creep body then heck yeah.👍🏼
Thanks man. Came for a close up look a the Willys pick up. I had the real thing in Canary yellow with the white spoke Tacoma rims. I think I can put fenders on it and a few mods to make it look stock for another body on my scx10.3

As soon as your dropped the cliffhanger on the chassis, I was like that is the body!
I love my cliffhanger build!!! Wish I could post pictures. I used a pearl white and champagne to make a glaciers/caddy white

I just fitted a cliffhanger on my 10ii. They look amazing! That’s my vote Joe!
I want to get the cliffhanger body too, it looks awesome and that bed is pretty unique.
Thank God! Now i can quit calling you Creepy Joe! lol CliffHanger looks great!
I've been interested but skeptical in the cliffhanger. But as soon as you set it on there, it was the obvious choice.
I went with the JCI tucked on my V2.5 toyzuki build
I’d liked to see how it turned out? I just ordered one. I really haven’t seen any pics or vids of the tucked body? Just the jconcepts pics.
@@INSIDIOUS-ONE heres a few pics imgur.com/gallery/4N9TONF

I was team cliffhanger from the start. Absolutely love the way it fits/performs on my scattergun V2 trx.

well, blue, yellow and a bit of black is what it will be
@@ExocagedRC pretty sure Eddie had one in those colors...
Cheers
I like the cliffhanger, I'd put that on my kyosho outlaw
ampage chassis with spare tire in back for weight
That cliffhanger body is perfect for that chassis, it's gonna look killer!!!
Agree!!! Go with the proline!!!

I think you choose the proline (Cliffhanger) is the way to go! that proline body is getting popular now.

Thanks. I was looking for a 12.8 body, I'm glad the Tuck will fit.
That Cliffhanger body looks really awesome on that chassis. I agree with putting sliders back on to help with the gap.
Definitely the Cliffhanger. One of coolest new crawler bodies to come out in awhile.
Cliffhanger body rocks . Weight can be lost with triming. You know what your doing. I love your show
Proline cliffhanger all the way! Please!
I really like the Cliffhanger. Certainly picking one up in the future.
My guess before I watch is the old Bog Hog body!
Cliffhanger all the way! Throw a Stallone figure in as a driver !!
Cliff is the one. I say paint it white with red print to match sv1.
Can you use a 3 channel rec with your fs gt5?
You chose wisely, I recommend color shift paint.
Great choice, I love the Creep too but it will be a nice change!
Cliffhanger if I get a vote you agreed!!!🥳 I ordered one for myself 😁
Soooooooooooooooo cool! I was hoping you'd choose that one. Can't wait to see paint!!
A cool scheme for that body would be to go for a A-10 Warthog look, matte gray with some rivets and the big teething smile
I was thinking Cliffhanger from the get go of choices, glad it fit as nice too!
I ordered my Cliffhanger yesterday. Can't wait!!!

Great vid man! Thanx for the nice close up and measurements. I still can't decide between the j concepts tucked and the proline though lol 🍻
What is the length of the Cliffhanger body between the wheel wells. I am still waiting on my cliffhanger body as they are out of stock at present.
Really pleased you chose the Cliffhanger - looks great and personally I like the variety. 👍😎
Are those factory length frame rails
I like the F250 Tucked body. I got two of them for $16.
2 of them for $16? Where?
@@ExocagedRC eBay. I think the seller might have made a mistake
I went with the creep for my TRX4. Its narrower in the front than the cliffhanger

Which one would you say is thicker and more durable? I saw some video comparisons between the two, and it seems PL is better.
Proline body and some 3D Print some Skeletonized sliders to support the body sides.
Cliff all day mr Exo ✊🏽 I got tha cliff mounted on my razor edge chassis ✊🏽
Mr Exo please do a review on tha new copperhead 10 if u got one or scored one thank Rc fam
You could do a trailcutter themed body since you like transformers
I love that cliff hanger body looks so good and I'm a Toyota fan lol
That's going to look awesome!! 👍🏻
Proline one!!!!!
Love the Creep. That's the first full body I've ran. BTW, what bumper is on that kit? Doesn't look to be the CRC bumper? Keep up the good work!

Creep all the way buddy

I agree ! God choice 👍

Go with the cliffhanger.
Beautiful.
The creep really really looks like an 80s jeep scrambler to me
It's an actual Willys Jeep pick up from the 50's. I had a 53 in Canary yellow and white spoke Tacoma rims.

No the creep top is quarter-inch wider than the cliffhanger
that body is sick
i would have to suggest the cliffhanger from proline. low and wide. good selection choices
