- This is my 1994 Cadillac Deville Concours. I regretfully sold this car a few years ago. She was my White Princess. This Cadillac did not look this nice when I bought it. I fixed it up.The biggest reason I sold it is because it had the Northstar engine. Although I fix a lot of vehicles. I did not want to take the head gasket failure chance. I was the second owner of this car.It had 128k miles on it. I have since purchased a Gold 1995 Cadillac Deville with less mileage (96k) and the 4.9 engine.
I sold this beautiful Cadillac because of the Horror head gasket stories of the Northstar engine. I sold it before I had problems. I now own a Gold 95 Deville with the 4.9 engine. I did like the color combo on this Caddy. But I can now cruise with peace of mind. Thanks for the nice comments.
You were wise to get rid of it before the Northstar problems. I owned a '98 Eldorado ETC which developed the dreaded "Northstar problem" and gave it back to the dealer and refused to pay. I bought a '95 Deville with the 4.9 lt and love it. Mine is beige with a black carriage top. I owned a '94 DeVille at one time and so I knew that the 4.9 was a great engine.

nice lac dude... clean... gotta love florida... i live in ny and i was lucky enough to pick up a clean white on white 95 cadillac sedan deville gold edition w a 4.9... motor was out of a 99 w 66k... lookin to throw some switches and juice it up...

I have this car; diamond paint with polo green ragtop. It is in great condition. My has the original Corvette engine made by GM not Northstar. currently has 83,000 mi on it.she's so beautiful. I do not have a garage and she needs to be garaged to preserve her beauty. If anybody's interested I will check back here if they comment I will sell her for the right price.
It is a 1994 Cadillac DeVille. This one does not have the hood ornament that I have.
I moved out of NY in 95. I owned Cadillac's since I was 18. Cadillac stopped making the 4.9 engine in 95. But continued to make the 4.6 Northstar engine. Many Northern cars have dark interiors. My 95 has beige interior. Dont like it. I like navy blue, black or maroon interiors. Looks and feels rich. Your Caddy sounds nice. If you make a youtube video of it. Then send me the link. Take care.
Yeah. Well if you live in Florida. You need tinted windows. The sun beats the shit out of interiors, paint, plastic trim etc. Not to mention how hot it gets inside your car. For a daily driver. Tint is a must.
I was looking at this body style for a daily driver , primarily because I've never owned one like this and I'm not ready for another 60 mo loan. If needed are parts hard to find?
