DSB Specialvogn 468 from Dekas - Unboxing and Weathering

After being withdrawn from regular service some old freight cars/goods vans were taken over by the service department of the Danish state railways DSB and reclassified as “Specialvogne” - special cars. From the mid 1950’s most were painted grey, and the cars were consecutively numbered. This particular example had number 468 and belonged to "Enghave Omformerstation", part of the subdivision responsible for the S-tog network of commuter trains in and around the greater Copenhagen area. The model is from Danish manufacturer Dekas based on their great models of old meat wagons DSB class IGK and IVK.
