Fast forward to September , 2023, live in Washington State, finally got a deposit on a 2024 model with a sales contract! D Motz has a more in depth video on suggested upgrades. Very limited production since introduction, but looks like finally ramping up production.
I have a Kawasaki 1500sxr, cant do anything on it, to powerful, big and heavy. Unless Kawasaki bring out a smaller version like the 750, i will be investing in one of these.
I have owned Super Jets since the first one rolled out in 1991, the 650cc 2-stroke was bullet proof too. Watercraft, along with boats, Atv's, Side x Side's, all starting flying out of the dealerships when the Woo Flu was first announced [we needed two weeks to flatten the spread of the bullshit the politicians were spewing curve] Those bastards did help us out unknowingly, I am also grateful that Wal Mart doesn't retail them, our dealership would have been forced to close since some high ranking medical hacks want us to believe that Wal Mart's is the only place that the virus wont attack you@!
The original Super Jet had a slightly narrower hull and allowed for a more nimble and quicker turn in when competing on them, slightly wider than the 1982 Kawasaki Js 550. We rarely stocked any stand up's due to the difficulty most people had when trying to ride them. Also, Kawasaki beat everyone to the boat ramps with their Stand up models, [Bombardier may disagree] and they are still are a blast to ride, the problem is that the majority of the retail market cant ride them, reminds me of motocross bikes, LoL@!
@@MrYAMAHA32177 My friends just added a little whiskey and they rode em like a pro, or so they thought. My first ski was a Kawasaki JS440, and like all the Kawasaki skis if you fell off they would circle back to you until some snowflake perceived that was dangerous and sued Kawasaki@!? But I agree that this bullshit they call a pandemic is just the frickin flu#@! [millions have died over the decades of influenza] Notice how the flu deaths magically went away when the Covid hoax started? We never tested everyone on the planet or had a 24 hour death count until 2020, [(your risk of dying is higher on your commute to work than with Covid)] The politicians have always been the real "PANDEMIC" and they disguise it well.
Four strokes are great for sit down models but the ol' 800 or 750 2 stroke worked very well in the Kawasaki or the yamaha. Since you cant ride a stand up ski at wide open speed for more than 5 to 10 seconds the engines will last a long time!!! And this whole CARB THING IS SUCH BULLSHIT!!! You dont ride a jet ski that dam often to make a difference one way or the other
