Absolutely loved watching you rip it out there this morning. I was the kid with the 650sx. Keep up the work dude. 🤙🏽

Nice ski. I got a SN SJ that rips pretty good. Wonder if id like one of these.

It’s a different ride than a round nose for sure, but still way challenging. It is also very nimble feeling for its size especially on plane. Thanks for checking us out🤙🏽

I am running the WCOT Intake Grate and then the PWC Freeride Plate and having a blast, really playful. I also wanna test out PWC regular plate replacement for fun...but that WCOT intake is just way too good to change out at this point.

Dude, right on Kyle! I was thinking that exact set up. I’m gonna have to try it now! Thanks for watching and the comment. 🤙🏽

I love the graphics...it looks like it is a Riva graphics package, minus a few pieces? Or does Riva sell a more minimal version?

Thanks dude, you are exactly right. I left off a bunch of pieces. Once I taped them on the ski it was WAY too much for me to look at. Thanks for the comment🤙🏽

Nice video, i have a 2021 superjet. I have added the riva rear sponsons and their flat handlebar kit. I rode a '17 sxr1500 last weekend and it had rear and mid sponsons. that SXR leaned and felt so HOOKED in the corner like ive never felt on my SJ. i turned it harder on the second turn then i ever have my SJ in the 2 years ive owned it. I find it interesting theres not many options on the market for sponsons aside from what i have and the super ugly prowatercraft black front sponson. Was thinking about doing the WCOT grate and some sort of ride plate to maybe help with that cornering.

Thanks for watching @alecaagaard2820, When I had the Riva ride plate and Riva intake grate, the ski cornered very well I thought. I did not have sponsons on. I plan on trying WCOT intake grate soon, I will certainly have a video for it.

Did you ever try the wcot intake grate, I have it on mine but don’t like the fitment at all. The front mounting is 1/2 to low and creates a pocket. I’m still cavitating on heavy turns. Also high siding at high speed turns. Does the ribs cavitate at all. Thanks

I am far from a pro level rider, but when I had the stock grate on and would try to really lay the ski over and power through a turn, it would cavitate a lot. The riva grate along with the riva ride plate allows me to lay it over and power as much as I want with no cavitation. The stock setup would highside me way more as well. Right now I’m riding riva grate and ProWatercraft freeride plate. It’s been my favorite setup so far. Very fun but not super awesome at railing those carving turns. Thanks for checking us out!🤙🏽

I live in Vegas also and I’m contemplating getting a new superjet. We’ve had a 2017 sxr1500 and I felt it was a tad big and heavy so I thought this time get the super jet for my 14 year old daughter and I but do you think I will regret buying thr new superjet over the sxr1500? I’ve ridden every ski kawi ever made to date so I’m not a newbie to the sport my kid s raced a few years also. What’s your recommendation?

I hope this comparison makes sense to you since you have personal watercraft experience. The difference between the SXR and the new superjet is almost identical to the difference between a 3 seater and a wave blaster 1 or an X2. The SXR is WAY more stable and WAY faster, but it feels laborious to turn compared to the Superjet. The SJ is really playful and quick and lite (at least in my current setup which is ProWatercraft Freeride Plate and Riva intake) The new Superjet looks a lot bigger than the round nose but it doesn’t feel that much bigger while riding it. I feel Yamaha did a really good job balancing the bouancy with size and power. I hope this helps you, thank you so much for checking us out and for the comments. I’d say buy it and rip it with your daughter while you can they grow up and lose interest in us so fast. 🤙🏽.
