Nobody loses money if you earn money. My God. This mentality has to change. He's not stealing from anyone. He's literally earning it. Legally. Ethically.
That's literally what stocks are
I'm sorry you didn't learn economics in high school.
Yeah, the notion that there's a finite amount of wealth for all eternity that just gets redistributed falls flat on its face once you start thinking about what just about any company (besides those who make weapons) does which is creating value.
Somehow some people just don't think that far.
'stealing' is a misleading word, given the transaction is consensual between the two parties, buyer and seller. If one disagrees, it won't be executed.
No need to be negative here guys. The dude makes money on peoples mistakes, that's why it can be considered a morally grey area. He's not providing anything to the world (except for employing people) for the money that he makes - that's why it's ethically debatable. The transactions are consensual - that's why he's doing it legally.
In other words: the wealth on the world is not finite, it's ever-expanding, people like the guy from the video are just not contributing to this expansion proportionally to the wealth they extract. They are playing by the book though, so you can't really blame them. If you want, blame the law and the economic system and try to change it.

But towards the end of my senior year, I felt sad because I didn’t have any real friends outside of school, didn’t have any “teenage” experiences. All I did was stay in my room editing and the occasional shoots that forced me to leave my house. Bruh everyone was trying to villainize the poor guy. You can't say he's robbing others of wealth, since economically how it works is that people willingly spent their money on a product. With stocks, you're buying part of a company. As it goes up in value, you sell it back to the company. Then someone else buys it, etc etc
You shouldn't use an analogy as though he's robbing wealth from others. Wealth definitely has a lot to do with luck, but there's also a lot of skill involved. And you shouldn't discredit them or think they're against the lower class because they happened to utilize that skill and get lucky.
Because if you do, is he really the bad one by that point?

That’s the majority reason to why only a few can be millionaires and so many are so-so and even greater poor. More than not, self made millionaires had to endure great sacrifice and loneliness. Nobody can have it all. They can maintain, but not increase without sacrifice.

It sure does but I'm glad he did cause he doesn't deserve :
sounds like a movie tbh. Either romcom or villain's origin story
He made a damn good point lol. He studied everyday for a whole year, imagine the mindset and sacrifice you make for that and to have someone expect you to give away free knowledge... that’s a bit insulting
exactly, its like going to the supermarket and expecting them to give you free food.
For 10 hours a day, never skipping a day for an entire year. That's over 3000 hours out of a possible 8000 hours that he could have studied. The kid is a machine.
"Being a millionaire, you get really straight forward... Gold diggers."
Literally the next question: "Do you have a girlfriend?"
Great editing jubilee 🤣
This guy is honestly so real and genuine, I found this video very helpfully, and appreciate how he responded very well to their questions! Way to go. He definitely deserves all of the wealth he’s accumulated.
The dude with the black jacket is asking questions like if he’s salty he’s not a millionaire and seems like he thinks everything should be handed out to him.
Yeah.. not a fan of him
That's exactly why people like him are never the millionaires.
Yeah earn your own money buddy.
I agree but his point about why do you sell classes if you are capable of just continuing to make money through ur ‘forex investments’ is valid but then completely negated when he doesn’t put any pressure on
Weren't there alot of things handed out to the millionaire in the first place seeing that his parents were millionaires. Also I think that you often find the majority of millionaires are the people who have had an easy start to life.
In today's most important questions they never asked :
Did you work and study from home
With how much money did you really start with and how much did you invest the very first time you traded
How was your curve of progression throught the years
What did you study first and what are the important points to follow
At which point in your life did you feel like it was the right moment to invest for the first time
This video had to be 3 times longer.
Ya, literally no questions about actually trading stock. Just an advertisement to get people to buy his product.
I agreee .. a few good questions but not so informative!
He did a podcast with Ryan higa . You can check that out
I got so annoyed. The questions they asked are so silly.
The length was probably fine, they just needed to cut out the part about his relationships. He also said he turned $27,000 into $5,000,000 at the beginning of the video. I also think he came from a wealthy family, and earned his money through stock trading like almost every other young millionaire. They should have had one of the rags to riches people from the "Do all millionaires think the same?" episode. He wasn't a great pick.
I'd ask him.... so where do you go from here, now that you're a millionaire? Nobody asked him about his other passions. What type of engineering did he take? And does he feel more fulfilled with more wealth? Alsooo, does he actually love what he's doing? What's the other driving force than the breakup for becoming a millionaire, I do wonder.
Shocked by how much he was antagonised throughout the video, honestly, he worked really hard to get to where he is, he's sacrificed a bunch, I'd say he's earned his deal fair and square
how do you know he did any of that?
he just traded stocks bro thats not really hard work
he's respectful, sweet, and wise. I liked hearing him talk.
I don’t get why people think it is bad to be rich. He earned all of that himself. Why would he be obligated to pay society more than basic taxes.
Brady Faltys his mom was a millionaire he was more fortunate than others
Kosausrk yes because she worked hard for it.
Plus his taxes alone do more to society than 80% of th epople in this comment section
Francis The Walnut 99%
Crabs in a barrel, stick together.
I genuinely appreciate his perspective and honesty. Glad I took the time to watch this
He glowed up on his ex. That's a W.
I really don’t like the “why don’t you give away this content for free” because he worked hard for it and he’s just supposed to give it away and make his market where he earns money super saturated??
He was also poor and came to America without his family. People forget or don’t know that most millionaires are self made and not the result of inheritances.
S _ "most"? No, definitely not.
Pmakiie yes...most. There is data out there on this. The percentage of self made millionaires out there is as high as 80-90%.
Pmakiie most millionaires are self made, don’t get millionaires confused with billionaires plz
Pmakiie definitely yes. Most are. But I’m sure you know about stats without actually looking them up...
Artoria Pendragon no. Self made is considered not receiving success due to a substantial background. So getting a good job because your uncle is the ceo isn’t self made.
Yo guys stop posting hate comments about the black jacket dude
My fingers aren't fast enough to like them all
Man this could totally be a thing, keep interviewing more millionaires with normal people as there are so many avenues to wealth.
I feel like the black jacket guy came around near the end and changed his perspective once he heard Steven’s full story
yea you could tell right away lol
doubt it
Yeah he mellowed down a lot towards the end
1:38 his response vs that guy asking question says at lot about both of them
what do you mean?
👀
Eh, don't forget about the *Hawthorn effect* .
People act differently when they are aware that they are being observed.
It's also an inherently misleading question when dealing with trading stocks. Just because you bought or sold stock at a profit doesn't mean the person you sold/bought from lost out. That person could also be making a profit from the transaction. And it takes two-to-tango, if you put in a buy order someone has to sell it to you. If there is no other person selling to you, then the market maker sells to you. If the market maker loses money on the transaction, it's not a big deal because it's their legal obligation to full the order. Market makers receive rebates from exchanges to provide liquidity.
kigas24 Exactly. As a stock trader you aren’t winning because others are losing. You when you can read the market. You betting something will fail or succeed is all about looking at trends. People lose money in stocks because they aren’t as privy to the market shifts, or are just unlucky. Blaming one person who won when you lost is nonsensical
“Give back to society”? What exactly is he going to give back, a thousand dollars to everyone just so they can spend it all within a few days and need more money after that? Learn a skill and get a side hustle if you want money there are no handouts
his course to teach people, his taxes, his inspiration to us, is exactly his value given to society! the fools will never understand this.
Lmao rich people worked for their money what makes you entitled to take it
Poor people mentality. Their parents conditioned them for failure, some of them rise from poverty, like this guy, inspite of the shitty conditioning.
He didn't work lmao
@@hihihi1q23 yeah he did lol
Why is everyone kinda passive aggressive about him making money, like if he made Thy money why does he have to give it to you guys? Like it is good to donate to the poor but I don’t know earning money that is rightfully yours, I feel like you shouldn’t be entitled or force to give back. I’m not saying you shouldn’t but he’s just a regularly guy who worked and made money nothing wrong with that.
Because they’re all democrats....me me me me me, I deserve blah blah...salute to this kid for making his own way. American youth would benefit from his self motivation and discipline
Of course no one's entitled to free money from someone who worked hard to earn theirs. But does one person really need that much money? At what point is it just absurd for someone to have so much when so many people are homeless? He's not at fault for the shortcomings of the system, but he sure doesn't mind being a part of it. Why would he? It plays so well in his favor. Not saying I would be any better by the way, but I wouldn't act like I have the high moral ground.
Antonio Catala I respect that you admit you’d do the same thing as would everyone but some people in these comments say otherwise, there are a ton of reasons why someone would work till they become a multi millionaire, they might want to afford the things in life that they want to do no matter how expensive because it’s their money, they might want to leave a mark (think of Elon musk with spaceX), they might just want to know that no matter what happens to them in life they’ll be insured and get to live comfortably, but most importantly to give to the people they love, wouldn’t you want the best life for your family members or friends, and there’s no such thing as too much money, you might not get to use it in your lifetime but your family will or the people you donate to will. There are many other reasons but I’m not an expert so these are just some
@@antoniocatala1534 well its not his responsibility that the homeless are homeless, so why should he be entitled to deal with it? Anyone (other than the actual mentally disabld) can make the system play to its favor. Even you.He started from rags and came into riches through his own work. I bet if you gave people arguing against millionaires and billionaires in society a million dollars right now they'd immediately abandon what they are saying and hold on to every cent.
I feel like some people in here instantly think hes a bad person just because hes so rich idk tho
That's the difference in poor people mindset and rich people mindset.
Being rich isn't a bad thing. But hoarding your money instead of giving back to society is unethical
syawkcab you don’t have to give your money away if you earned it
syawkcab there’s nothing wrong with giving back to the people struggling but he doesn’t owe anyone anything

6:29 *I love the editing.... Talks about golddiggers, and the very next scene, shows that girl asking if he has a girlfriend, and her expression when he says "no." loool..*
I think I can officially say “I love” this video. The point I think everyone glosses over or does not pay as much attention to is the professional athlete reference he made. I think this goes for any industry if you want to the best you will have to sacrifice a lot in order to be on the highest level. This means sacrificing your relationships like he talked about and when you go into them. Ask yourself “why you are doing it?” and “who you want to be on the other end?” So I pray that he is not beating himself up for not having a girlfriend but searching for true happiness with his life as he has a long life ahead of him!
A wealthy person doesn’t owe you, or society anything.

people who say he owes society because they made his wealth don’t understand he didn’t just sit around and do nothing.
you think that because he worked hard, he doesn't owe his mom anything? if she gets sick, has massive hospital bills, and he decides not to help her, he's still a good person? it's not about how hard you worked to be successful - "with great power comes great responsibility"
"I don't think she cares , that's the problem "

To day trade (which is what Dux is doing and what he did to make his fortune) in the US, you have to have at least $25k to get permission to open an account to day trade with margin on. So yeah consider that before you buy his course that teaches you how to day trade better.

JULIANROMIOARCANA provide value
He did stocks, as it said in the video. He studied for 10 hours a day 365 days a year before getting into stocks. Be on top of the stock game and you'll be a millionaire. But as he said, not everyone can be a millionaire, so it's not gonna work for everyone. In that case follow Life advice instead of financial advice, be happy and always find the best in a situation.
Read think and grow rich by napolein hill and you'll understand and be content with his awnser
There is no secret formula, lol. Fact is, even if you work your hardest, there is no guarantee you will even come close. Becoming a millionaire takes a lot of hard work, knowledge, guts, and unfortunately, luck. No matter how hard you study stocks, if you can’t quickly determine the flow of a market you will never become a successful day trader. No matter how hard you grind, if you aren’t charismatic enough you can never become a great salesman. No matter how smart you are, if you can’t come up with an idea that people will pay money for you can never become an influential entrepreneur. Fact of life is, there is so much more to achieving a goal than simple hard work. Its about finding where your strengths and passions align, and chasing after it. Thats all you can do. Millionaires are gutsy because they often through away their social life just for the chance to strike it rich. For every millionaire, there are thousands of others who came up short, losing a significant chunk of time. Thats just how it goes
