    Hello, what keyboard is that on top, the beige one beside your mouse?

      That’s the Monsgeek M1W. I custom painted it.

    I have the same keyboard, i'm thinking if it is worth replacing the ixPE foam inside with the regular PE foam. Some builds especially the M1 some creators swapped it. Wanna know your thoughts!

    • @maxkeeb_official
      @maxkeeb_official  11 месяцев назад

      What kind of regular PE foam are we talking about? If it’s similar to the IXPE sheet by QK/Owlab/Jris, then yes. If it’s the white packing foam, then no.

    Can u compare it wit ur m1/m1w(i dont know what kind of m1 is it ) in the same switch and keycap bro?

    • @maxkeeb_official
      @maxkeeb_official  9 месяцев назад +1

      My M1W is very thocky and fuller while Hi75 is more towards clacky imo. Probably the PCB of M1W is non flex cut hence the fuller sound. I would recommend you picking up the Hi8 instead of this 2 boards. Superior value and finishing when compared to M1 and Hi75.

    hey. Ive been looking into getting a keyboard. I really want it to sound kinda creamy i guess... Ive got like 130$ to work with. Im not really sure if this is possible any way you can help?

    • @maxkeeb_official
      @maxkeeb_official  11 месяцев назад

      I would say replicate the build when you find the perfect soundtest to you. 130$ opens up a lot of options for you. Get a Rainy75 or join the Mechanical Keyboards USA Facebook group.

      @@maxkeeb_official okay thank you. I'm actually really liking this exact setup you have. I wanted a red and black one as well. But it seems like the Hi75 keyboard is always out of stock is this normal?

    can i change the knob with a regular one ?

      @maxkeeb_official  11 месяцев назад

      You can’t.

    • @h0zumi
      @h0zumi 10 месяцев назад

      You can. Although you have to use a lot of force to take out the current knob before replacing.

    • @maxkeeb_official
      @maxkeeb_official  10 месяцев назад

      @@h0zumi You can replace the red plastic part of the knob if you’ve found the one sold by Leobog. But you can’t just replace the knob with the generic guitar knob. That’s what the OP was asking.

    Too bad it's not wireless....

    • @maxkeeb_official
      @maxkeeb_official  11 месяцев назад

      They have a Hi8 version with trimode. Slightly more expensive but surface smoothness is miles ahead.

    • @clockcycle
      @clockcycle 11 месяцев назад

      The wired is excellent for gaming latency, like OP mentioned there is the Hi8x versions for tri-mode for about the same for cystal versions and slightly more for metal one.
