Bro seeing you do this brings back so many memories, as a kid in the 90's man I remember going to the card store picking up packs - couldn't swing the full boxes or whatever back then, this makes me want to go for it now
I've been goin thru what I had from my childhood as well as full unopened sets I had. Needless to say I've got over 1000 cards in semi rigid sleeves to at least protect everything going forward. And just hoping submission prices come down a lil bit in the next year
Very grateful the algorithm introduced me to your channel. I, too, got reintroduced to the hobby after the Last Dance documentary. Great cards (and grades!)…I love the early/mid-90s cards, it brings back so many memories. Awaiting my first submission (SGC), and I’m anxious to see my results…I wish PSA prices were more favorable nowadays (I missed out on the bargain submission rates), but I’m glad you got in on that! Keep up the great content! 🔥
That's awesome that you found this video and enjoyed it! I wish I submitted more to PSA last year but everything was such an unknown for me and I don't have deep pockets unfortunately lol.
Haha we have pretty much the same story. After watching The Last Dance, I brought my bin of cards from back in the day out of hibernation (I stopped collecting in '93), as well as a near dozen milk crates filled w random cards mixed together, NOT sleeved at all. So, I Googled how to grade a card, w/ the thought of having like 30 MJs slabbed (altho I didn't know what that term even meant yet lol) for my man cave. The GOAT Special was send a min. 25 cards & pay half price which was $10. Talk about a deal... Like you, I really had no idea what I was doing, didn't clean them or anything. Well, FF 11 months & finally got em back. By that point I was grading 200+ cards a week for ppl, so needless to say I knew what type of grades to expect on my MJ sub!🤦♂ I actually have 3-4 of the 29 slabs left here at my shop. lol It def made for some great content tho, like yours did, as well. The link's below. Happy I came across this vid for many reasons, good stuff man! ruclips.net/video/h-j68RFIkeI/видео.html
Awesome cards man! want that hoops 89 All-Star Jordan card in a PSA 10 had the card when I was just a kid picked it up at a local card shop for $2 it was in good condition now it's got creases in it but I was just a kid I'd like to get pristine Jordan card for my collection
Just going off what I could see you sent in some really clean cards, nothing really stood out flaw-wise other than a few being off centered like the early Finest cards (bird,MJ,Shaq). On those few that came back 4-5-6 I'd check for tiny creases on front & back,I think everyone eventually has a few slip by. I loved the Jordan E-X2001 & Emotion 9's you got,the eye appeal on both stands out in those slabs. Overall not a bad grading return at all especially at $9/cd, Good stuff!
That emotion Jordan brings back my childhood. By far the most beautiful unique set of the 90's . Loved seeing a penny !! I was a super collector of him , unfortunately his card values fell faster than his career.
@DEZZNUTZ 1001 it was great year for Rc until penny kept getting injured. Lol. I remember Becketts hot hot list in mid 90's when penny finally over took Jordans #1 spot on the hot list. It was glorious , then cue the MCL, ACL, knee, toe, MCL, ACL, lol
I feel you! I waited 9 months for my first submission to PSA and it felt like a lifetime. I forgot about my cards from childhood until the pandemic then I started going through them and submitting. Congrats brother on that many 10’s! I did a 240 card submission and didn’t get anywhere near that amount. My cards were from 87-90 though, with some cool outliers. Some of the older cards were tough to grade. Check my video out of you wanna see some cool older cards. I wish your grader did my order. I think I got robbed on some of my cards, still to this day I look at them and can’t figure out why I got the grade I got. That is one reason I like BGS, I love the sub grades. Gives me a better understanding why and what to look for in future submissions. Nice return brother!
Much appreciated!! I got into almost noobish when it came to grading these before sending it all out. I like to say now that I know how to look at card condition rather than thinking I got lucky haha. FYI, I have a CSG bulk submission in the waits. Stay tuned if I get clobbered on those.
I love 9's. BGS and PSA. They're gonna be worth a lot. But it's always good to have your gems 💎. (and "up") I want to get that stadium club over Ewing card... in a 9. Never gonna sell that one. Almost had it.
@factz , cards with black edges, or foil surface can be very sensitive to wear so "tough to grade" basically rare to find 9-10. If you have any 1994 sp that's a good example , cards will look mint but flip it over and look at the foil edge of card. Notorious for having chips/dings along that edge. In fact upper deck hockey has rc insert this year of retro so design and I was so excited thinking I had tens , then I checked the back of card lol. Impossible set lol.
That Fleer Ultra Base at PSA 4 is ridiculous, that card looks least a 9. That grade shows how inconsistent grading process is. AI for grading is all ready here.
Most of those cards aren't worth the grading fee by PSA. Isn't there a trend? The more common cards that worth less gets a 10 while the more valuable cards get an 8 or 9. PSA knows what they are doing. People can't argue about them not giving out 10s yet they do, but only to cards that are worthless.
A PSA 10 grade almost instantly turns even a common card into something of value. Question is whether the value is more than the $18 or so dollars it costs to grade.
Its not you being inconsistient compared to the company printing them and doing shitty with that whole process! Our money ia green and should be the same per card/processing. Meaning i blame all the factories company and processes on how they do this. They need to tweak and manage the equiptment better! Sucks when its so much money for a brand new box and the money must be right well so shall the cards coming out pack and box fresh... pisses me off lol
Great Amazing submission return with your childhood cards! I wish I had collected all those Jordan's when I was younger, I had mostly kobe's. Check out my 90's Jordan video, I think you'll enjoy it as a collector: ruclips.net/video/W3HYOGCR4go/видео.html
Subbed. Thanks for sharing. I also did a revel video of my Jordan submission. Unfortunately PSA was to kind to my childhood cards. Check it out if you like. Hopefully I see more content sir.
Those Jordan’s bring back memories when I was a kid collecting cards back in the 90’s, I miss the 90’s!!!
You did a heck of a job taking care of your cards. Good for you. You got the 10s on some of the best cards. Congrats
Bro seeing you do this brings back so many memories, as a kid in the 90's man I remember going to the card store picking up packs - couldn't swing the full boxes or whatever back then, this makes me want to go for it now
Enjoyed the video … I like your sense of humour on the duds … nice cards

That's awesome, I have a lot of the same cards, but not in that condition

That all star 1991 upper deck Jordan has a weird split crease in the center. Play with it in the light.
Solid grades! Not too shabby. Ty for video.

@DEZZNUTZ 1001 to be fair Jordan kinda sucked all the superstars out of the 90's lol . Just not fair lol
one the best reveals I've seen so far... big ups to u!!! congratzzz on all those Jordan "gem" big money because it's hard to get Jordan cards to "gem"
Dude congrats on all the 10s!!!!
I am new to watching your videos I think they are AMAZING
I really got to get around to sending some of my stuff in
Unless you got a rare expensive card, the days of $9 grading is long gone. 😔
Sweet Jordan collection
I'm a 90's kid too lol love the cards
Nice stack of 10s
Thank you for not covering the grades with your thumb! Nice video 👍🏾
I believe emotion and flair where the only two Jordan cards wearing 45 . Maybe a ud3 too but can't remember.
Man you killed it!!!
Being these cards are from your childhood, a great stack of 10’s. 👍

Great Show .

Man you came up hard. Nice video

Nice cards man!! Very satisfying to watch; any of these for sale???
I love 9's. BGS and PSA. They're gonna be worth a lot. But it's always good to have your gems 💎. (and "up")
I want to get that stadium club over Ewing card... in a 9. Never gonna sell that one. Almost had it.
Ha ha I gotta get that Fleer card too. 🤣
Those are some dream cards
Cheaper to just buy already graded cards of eBay currently. Grading cost and times a whack
Glad they were $9 a card to grade when I did these. Good ol days.
Congrats on the PSA 10 Michael Jordan Center Stage. That is a hard card to grade. I got myself a 9 from my childhood collection.
Thanks! It's def staying forever in my collection lol
When yal say hard to grade what does mean to someone who wanting to get their cards valued

Glad you enjoyed it!

I have some 90's basketball cards Jordan's maybe some kobe rookies is it worth getting graded haha I am scared getting bad results!
Sweet slabs. New subscriber here. Must of cost a fortune to get all those cards graded.
Thanks for watching!
New subscriber here. Awesome returns! :-)
93 Finest Shaq was off top to bottom centering
I got 107 junk wax Jordan cards raw I’m so indecisive about getting them graded don’t want to take a loss
CSG bulk grading is your best bet if they're low end but be prepared to wait 6-8 months.
I still buy 7s shoot id buya 6 if I want it bad enough (coughs in gretzky) but im also a collector lol
im a collector as well, and I usually wont touch lower then an 8 , and nothing that isn't psa if I want to resell something at another time.
Great patience
It paid off 👍
Nice!
I’m just wondering how much it cost to grade that many cards
By the way, you do realize you are a millionaire 💰
This is exactly why pop report means litterally nothing, so many ungraded cards that are in the queue and just raw cards ppl haven't sent.

Thanks for watching! It all depends on the grader I guess cause some people are getting wrecked with their submission results.
@@thatcollectingguy641 yeah for sure. My very first submission of my 90s cards. I was blessed with 10s. This time around, ahhh not so much loo
Gets a 10… slams it down. 🤦🏻
Speed it up man.
Check out my collection it's for sale too
It was junk orders like this, delaying the rest of us.
