- Join me, the Journeyman as we embark on opening 10 years of NBA Upper Deck hunting for the greatest - Michael 'Air' Jordan. 25 packs in total, heaps of hits including Kobe and other HOFs. Good times and bound to bring back some good memories of the best decade of basketball.

Its amazing for anyone living in the 80's or 90's. Its like still the best Cards on Planet Earth. Ive collected about 150-200 Jordan so Far. Eventually will add the Big Ones The Rooke, The Graded Beam Team, and the Graded Scoring Kings. I sold my Scoring Kings for some money many years ago.
As fun as it is opening these old-school packs, I dare say we are already on borrowed time with more and more sets sticking and getting ruined. Cheers for the comment @pm2007est

That 94-95 SP Jordan is a pretty sweet pull. Its the red variation that is listed as 1:30 packs,not bad for opening just the one pack of SP
Yeh looking back, I was super lucky with the Upper Deck hunt, not so much in my Topps hunt. Fingers crossed, Erik that my upcoming Fleer hunt is a banger.
That sp jordan is one of the nicest cards from the 90s, congrats mate

I loved 94-95 Collectors choice. I can’t believe how rare the silver & Gold signatures were! I think I got one gold 😂

@@journeyman_cards well at the time, there weren’t that many brands available in the small country town I lived in at the time, plus I was only 17 and couldn’t afford to buy much hahaha.

Thanks for watching. I have resigned to just keep my MJ cards. My collection doesn't hold much in terms of value but will hopefully be appreciated by my kids. eBay is the most common platform to sell.

I collected all the Fleer Jordan cards as they go back to his rookie year for the official NBA licensed cards obviously not the Star series. I have all of them including the all star stickers for each year, the 86 card I have 3 of them and 2 stickers.
My next Jordan hunting video will be Fleer but no 86 packs, unfortunately. Since you have 3 Tony, feel free to send one my way 😉

This Sunday I bought 50 Michael Jordan's from lady in Tampa for 120 bucks. 1988-92 fleer 1988-92 hoops. Perfect condition. Also found Dewayne Wade roockie card. Divorced and sold the old man's collection.

The SP card of Jordan is very nice and the last card Kobe is very rare now a days. That's very nice for PC

Back in about 1999 I got a box of older basic Upper Deck on a discount rack. I got a UD Game Jersey Patch redemption card which was expired. I contacted Upper Deck, and they had me send it in. They still had a redemption and I got card 20/23 with a two color jersey. When I sold off my collection about 8 years ago I got over $1,500. Just a few months later I got a box of UD Authentics and got a Jordan Wizards autographed jersey! Not a card, but the whole jersey!! I traded that for a LeBron James rookie card AND a LeBron James Exquisite Auto Patch card. I got over $3K for both of those, but they’d be worth a lot more now!

i think that the magic vs jordan is the best one in that set,, dont get me wrong jordan cards are the ones but i like that one,,, the perditor cards are a set ive got three of them,, very nice kobe cards to,,, ive also have over 300 of jordan all in the raw state should you want some

How much did you pay for all the packs?
It did vary a fair bit. Back then, some packs were only $9 Australian with some purchased from the US market for about $40. I lucked out for sure with the amount of Jordan hits.

Hate the fast forwarding, who cares if it's long that's half the fun is ripping the packs and taking about the old players
I completely agree. I hate all the fast forwarding. For one, it is annoying and for two and most importantly, I came to watch the packs being opened and see all the old players and nostalgia. Yes, Jordan, but there are many other great players, Hall of Famers and great cards to see. There seems to be more fast forwarding than anything else. I want to enjoy the pack rips. That is what I came for!
