As a 13 year old kid, I think this is a good phone. I watched a whole movie (central intelligence) and I had only 93% battery left, I also think the 23mp camera is good although it isn't good in low light. It's a good phone, i bought it from Amazon for $140. I was a bit sceptical about the battery but it's all good definitely a good phone you all should buy!
Three things I don't like about this phone is first you should be able to input your city and not have to keep location on constantly to get the weather on your home screen. Did Sony leave in the UI Tuner? Does the XA1 allow the user to remove the drawer icon/button from the dock, allowing for the swipe up function to open the apps drawer? Or did Sony disable that Nougat feature? I'm trying to figure out whether I should get the XA1 or the G5+. I know the Moto G5+ retains both the swipe up option & UI Tuner, but it has near stock Nougat. But if the XA1 does have the UI Tuner (or if Sony's launcher offers a comparable option) & it includes Nougat's 'swipe up to open apps drawer/remove apps button from dock bar' option, I could forgive the headphone jack being on top & get the XA1 instead of the Moto G5+. Your answers would sure help. My searches were unable to answer those XA1 questions, whereas even just screenshots for Moto G5+ showed it at least has the swipe up option, & I quickly found the G5+ offers the UI Tuner.
G Pother Illowhite yes there is the ui tuner and yes you can swipe up to open the app menu(and remove the menu icon) you can also customize how your screen moves when you swipe and you can turn it off by double tapping in home screen

yep. i stay with sony phone because more and more manufacturers copycat iphone and samsung design. but sony has the balls to stick at their own design language.
They have failed to put bezzle less display in this. touch is now working on side edges. you can check it with drawing horizontal line in sketch app.sony is nor recalling or refunding.can you raise our voice ????

@@luckajaresova898 nope. this phone really has touchscreen issue. a lot of people are complaining about it. I also bought this phone a year ago and got the same problem with the touchscreen. I had to buy new phone because it's really messed up.

It's look from the front is very bad cuz top n bottom bezels are so big and then it's not curved in all corners that I think is not great..
