I preferred the NOT Poncho look and once New Game + was a thing I JUMPED at the opportunity to wear literally anything else at that point even Cal's Bday suit. I don't care just get that POS Poncho the F outta here and outta my face, I am tired of looking at it. It pains me to do so. I can smell the Bogano on it and the Oggdo spit and every Storm Trooper and alien creature that had the displeasure of meeting, "Cal's Love for killing". He says it himself in the comics, that is insane from a story POV. From a game POV yeah fine I am too, love it and will never stop for anything. I hate that Poncho each and every one was ugly and a disgrace to the classic "Jedi Attire". You know the robes by now and all versions of them too. In comics, in movies, in games and TV shows (Clone Wars) and the like. God why was it the Poncho? This ain't Space Mexico, kay guys and gals? This is just Space, where's the Space stuff as in clothes? Thank God Survivor goes ALL out and I mean ALL OUT. His facial hair and head hair, MORE lightsaber customization. Costumes and attire. MF I want one red saber and ONE green saber in each hand (Dual wielding) I want to throw a red saber and cut down another with a blue one. (Double bladed) I want a single White Clamore as to juxtapose the Black Saber and Black Lightsaber. THAT is RP. That is Kotor 2 AND modern video gaming in one.

Jedi Knight: academy/ outcast got me spoiled with the dismemberments and wish they had it on fallen order that wasn't just for big animals and bugs. Cool they add the option here.

@@derdox6720 Because it is, instead of born fire, you sit in something else, enemy respawns and you do it again, but in the setting make no sense, in these new one there is less enfacis in parring and doge roll, but in the first one there was aprring and dodging like a souls game, i agree in these one there is more enfacis in force power, but when you compare with the jedi academy and jedi outcast lines, those actually are more akin to what would be a jedi, using force and ligthsaber, in the force unleash i stil see a star wars game, but in these is a souls clone, the fact of the bornfire already kill me, the sad part all they have to do is take out the bornfire mecanic and you can have a decent game, and no one would call a souls clone, because that mecanic, is clear what you want, you want the souls crowd.

not sure what you mean with dodging and parrying, souls games were not the first games with dodging and parrying many games have done that even a decade before.
if parrying and dodging and a checkpoint mechanic is enough to make something a souls clone then you must not respect the souls series much

I just got it for my birthday yesterday, im hyped cause I turned 24 and stopped getting gifts at like 19 lmao but anyways I was sad cause online I was seeing a ton of hate towards it calling it awful. I think hearing from normal people that play games for fun is better though, I havent been able to play it yet unfortunately, working the weekend, rip. Being an adult sucks because you dont nearly have the same amount of time to play video games like you used to as a kid, miss staying up till 5am screwing around in games then waking up at 3pm hahaha

Same, I have some drops to 50, but it's not too bad. Gameplay is fun!
Playing on a series x and have it on performance mode with all visual aspects turned down or off. I also turned on the persistent dot cause I get motion sickness.
Game is fun and I love how they expanded the maps and skills but yeah, the frame rate drops and screen tears are pretty frustrating. I had to take a break after the first 30 minutes as I was getting a headache. I hope they fix it soon cause this is a pretty sad start to a pretty good game.
That arachnophobia option is amazing. And I’ve never seen that in any other game, that’s so cool that they go out of their way to modify the spider looking creatures for those who really can’t handle it
Some newer games now come with this option (if i'm not wrong evil west is one of them), cuse usually they will appear in large numbers

My gosh this game is straight up brutal, and I love it. Unlike Disney star wars this gane isnt afraid to freaking rip out your soul and feed it right back to ya. This is what you call FIRE. I love it. Its also very sweet of them to include an arachnophobia settings.

I heard part of the reason why this game got delayed is because the developers wanted to add the whole dismemberment feature
It's boggles me that this is somehow hard to implement, considering that Jedi Outcast / Jedi Academy did it over 20 years ago.
@padmanabhanvaidyanathan7182 remember this game is made by EA, first game should have had this feature, some of the wildlife had limbs cut off so idk why the storm troopers couldnt

Also you need to make it match the graphics and look good, so it's understandable.

It's better when the droid animation sometimes includes them taking out a grenade and getting it stuck to themselves with no Cal help whatsoever. It's hilarious. They encapsulated the caricatures of the battle druids in the clone wars series so well.
Jedi survivor is like clone wars, and Jedi fallen order is like rebels. One's more brutal than the other.

If you're talking about the Inquisitor, it's making a point about how the Inquisitorius weren't actually a threat to real Jedi; they were mostly deployed against and saw success against barely trained padawans. And they were vulnerable to being reminded as to who they once were either causing rage as they remember the pain they underwent or hesitation as they remember who they once were.
Probably still would have been better to have it be the second or third boss though.
