Theres many better way it can be done but economic factor is very important thing. Very good thing could still means nothing to us if we cant afford it in the first place. I see you could make some improvement here and there, like in your handling of sensitive fluids which will cost you nothing more, just a little bit care. Its a pleasure watching you do these things in a very simple affordable way, and I wish you health. Love from India

I know that this has been said But I don't think it can be said enough. These fellas are going to die from cancer and other very painful illnesses because not only are they handling this oil, but they are heating it and breathing in the fumes. PCBs are very dangerous and should only be handled in a safe manner with proper safety equipment. I am all for doing what is needed to earn money but there is a line and handling and allowing this oil to absorb into your skin and breathing the fumes is that line. My God y'all what the hell are you thinking? These fellas won't be in anymore videos in at the most 15 years because they won't be either alive or will be too sick to work. The owner of this place should be held responsible for these fellas' deaths but this is Pakistan so that will not be the case. These men will die poor and in pain. It has to be said.

Some good examples how transformer oil shouldn't be treated:
Heating to boiling temperature. Messing around with it on bare soil.
Maybe they should try unwinding the copper wire off the transport reel instead of just ripping it off sideways and reeling it up as twisted as it gets.
How do they make sure that the oil level reaches at least the cooling pipes' top ends?
A transformer with one winding improvised this way will surely put out a very well balanced three phase voltage. 🤔

As someone who does transformer maintenance...
    This is just horrifying.
How on earth do you rewind by using your bare hands, with a high humidity environment?
Not to mention you just burned the dielectric oil and poured it back in?!
If you take a full critical sampling kit on that transformer, Jesus christ, the results from before are going to be wayyyyy more favourable than the results afterwards.
Insulation tests for windings, core, etc... All of those are going to have miserable readings...
We wear nitrile gloves that go up to our shoulders, wear facemasks and bandanas to prevent sweat from going inside the transformer and even make sure to have a plastic curtain covering top and sides so no dust can contaminate the oil.... And this whole goddamn procedure is just so we can replace the bushing's rubber cartridges...
The oil is drained into sealed buckets that have been cleaned with ispropanol and NEVER had any other substance other than dielectric oil in them. And after usage, we wash them with a small amount of dielectric oil, and dry them with industrial paper towels, then just some isproponanol rinses and it's good to go again after it's dry and sealed.
This transformer will be just completely useless after half a year of operation... This is not good work, this is just robbery for the client.

I wonder if they are still using Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) as cooling oil and dielectric in their transformers. They even used the oil to boost the bonfire under the steel drum. More about this dangerous substance: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polychlorinated_biphenyl
