Can't wait to try & perfect this exercise..5 months ago I entered a realm of training hips ..glutes.. obliques...as well as abs/lo back & the norm of resistance training to save my bad knees....as a 56 yr old male snowboarder who is considered obese...6 ft 220-25 (luv those charts)...it's helped me greatly. This is easy for me, it's because I can do a normal plank for a minute before starting to have troubles and shake, I think you have to do planks for a bit of time then do this :D
when I do this I keep feeling it in my glutes too much rather than my stomach, keep trying to perfect my position but have the same feeling. Welcome any advice how to correct this.
MUCH harder than it looks!!!!!!!!! Great video, though. I’m going to try to do this til it becomes easy. I have horrible stability right now and my goal is to at least get that under control.

Your supposed to feel it in your glutes. Your bottom glute medius has to fire to keep your hip level
My hips just drop when I bring my leg up :c
