  • As a survivor, stress looks different and manifests itself differently in the body. I know this to be true as I continue to navigate the uncomfortable world of it myself. Here on this episode, I unpack a variety of helpful tips to bring some clarity and reassurance as you potentially navigate it too. As we walk together on this journey, I want you to know you are not by yourself and my hope is to bring a sense of ease as I deliver a powerful perspective of hope.
    Healing is a process, and though it may feel daunting, I’m here to walk beside you, sharing my personal experiences and tips to support your journey. You are not alone in this, and together, we can move toward the life you deserve-one filled with safety, hope, and love.
