Interesting video. Definitely agree with the point you made about cleaning being subjective, that's why it's always good to get clarity with the customer on their expectations.

Tough one with scheduling to be honest for me. Schedules can cause teams to become rigid ie if a desk isn’t due to be cleaned till the next day but has a coffee mark 🤷🏼‍♂️.
Also what Mary in accounts thinks is clean might be different to John sat next to her is. A good schedule and proposal can help make the water a little clearer that’s for sure. Thanks for the the comment.

Just wondering why you don't run this remotely and save the big expense of an office ? You would have much better profits without that expense. I work for an inc 5000 company that makes 7 mil a month .... they have no office 😊. Its not needed for a cleaning company.

Totally valid point and well spotted. I have debated this several times personally and do like the split from home and work. Plus it’s an escape when I need some space.
