That was amazing! Clinical flight and the landing was impressive. Well done! Can’t wait the next one. 👍
Thanks a million Jon Jon, it was a lot of fun to fly 🤗
Awesome! Can’t wait to see that ❤
Please another live flight! We miss it 🫶
I’ll definitely be doing one this weekend, I’ve been crazy busy at work but have a long weekend to prep some content
Sorry my question is completely unrelated to the world update. I have the exact same hardware as you, except for the Saitek radio panel. How big of a difference do they make in VR IFR flying? I'm currently learning radio navigation to take off the final training wheels in the SIM. While the on-screen waypoints are convenient, it does break the immersion quite a bit.
I find the G1000 very tricky in VR so it makes changing frequency easier and deepens the immersion, worth it in my opinion.
Was this flight done in off line mode? as the terrain did not look realistic.
It was online so far as I am aware, it’s a remote part of the world so probably not a lot of data sources to call on
The cameras on yourself are the most ridiculous thing! I have ever seen in flight simulator.
In that airstrip with a Kodiak? In real life they go there with a ... Piper Cub only! Simmers have greath fantasy. The real airstrip is narrow, extremely bumby, in very poor condition, too shorth, not wide enough and surely not made for aircraft with this wingspan and weight. There is a video on you tube about this little strip. The don of owner can visit the parents only by small planes or by boat.
