- A tribute video dedicated to the bluest romance in the universe :D
Music: Truth by Audiomachine (When I heard this music, I instantly thought about Liara and Shepard, so I decided to make another one for them.)
My inspiration came from a simple, but life changing quotes that I found on internet;
Life asked death: "Why do people love me, but hate you?"
Death responded: "Because you are a beautiful lie and I am a painful truth."
And for some reason I could not stop thinking about a movie "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button." It was a brilliant movie written with a mind blowing idea. It was like two growing lines, freely and carelessly projecting themselves in space, stopped at an intersection point, created a beautiful knot, and then parted away.
And also,

High EMS Destroy Ending implies Shepard lives, so...
have mass effect 1 2 3 and all their DLC's and i played it like a series and it was awesome cause everytime you finish ur character can be transported it's like i never left all my choices and hardwork in the game it's like im living the life of commander shepard doing all those memorable things and end up crying in mass effect 3 when shepard dies and liara hang shepards name on the wall i was still cryin like a little girl

There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t wish I could’ve seen them with their old age and their little blue children. And that’s been over 5 years now.
Thank you for this. It’s a small amount of closure. But still closure.
It would be no "them"... at least not if all his implants didn't have a life expectancy altering effect on shepart he would have died before Liara has even made it through a quarter of her actual life expectancy. To me that has always been the most tragic thing about their relationship. Liara would either end up being a very bitter woman throughout most of her life or she would eventually have to move on making her life with Shepard a mere phase.

Life dont give us happy endings, and thats why we want this here. But i think its good ending. Not happy, but good.
Agreed. I know that most people were really upset about the ending (especially before the extended release), but to be honest I never expected this story to end any other way. In fact, I was kind of disappointed that they catered to the fans ire. The extended ending(s) leave our beloved characters in to much of a depressing state of limbo and grief as opposed to heroic sacrifice. Just my opinion though.
If it makes you feel better. There’s an ending where Shepard lives and whoever his love interest is doesn’t put his name up on the wall, and looks up and smiles and wonders if he’s still alive before the Normandy leaves to go find him.
Every time i finish the trilogy i look at your videos. They are the perfect end to a perfect story. They make me relive all the good moments in these games and i'm very grateful for that. Thank you!

Still trying to get that other ending where Shepard is still alive
I always do it by just collecting everything I can, every war asset and resource, with Extended Cut you just need total effective to be at least 3100, and pick Destroy. Personally, I believe that the Reaper AI lied and at most EDI and the Geth are temporarily stunned.
These are some old comments. The Mass Effect remaster or legendary edition IS Amazing and that "happy ending" is there. I have accomplished a perfect playthrough with Liara and Shepard lives.

Liara has always been the most pivotal character in the franchise, saved Shepard from the dead. Always has your back, is a total sweetheart and is by far the best squad mate. Tali & Garrus are not the best. People are wrong for saying that. Liara is the MVP of this series such an interesting and a great character.

On my umpteenth play through of the first game, I realized something, Liara looks like a teenager, like a 16 year old, considering she's 106 and lives to 1000 years it pretty much seals it for me, she's a teen, much like Tali. I can't help but keep being drawn to Liara because she seems to have so much emotion and commitment toward Shepard, Miranda does also, I never cheat on Liara, dump Ashley tho. The end cheated us all!

+laura wilson The first part till Little Blue Children is from ME2 Shadowbroker DLC. The part that comes next is from ME 1 till 1:06, then ME 2 till 1:26 then Shadowbroker DLC again till 1:44, ME 3 till the repeat of Shadowbroker DLC from start.
