- Alternate video of my earlier Mass Effect 3 machinima and in my personal belief the best I can possibly make it....to that end....I will be making no other versions of this video this is the final edited video and will remain that way....so this is everything I was able to do I can do nothing more to this video mainly because the video editing software I use is limited and at this point based on a military salary....I have to save up all the money I can get for things that are important. Exactly, Shepard is really the only one that even liked her at all in Mass Effect 1 even after everyone kept telling him she's dangerous. Right there is that commitment from day 1. And then it was obvious that she will always be in love with him after she goes with Feron to go get his dead body. So that's how you know it basically wasn't a one game fling that their realtionshipmm

It's obvious that Liara and Shepard were meant to be together. I mean look at how well they compliment each other in almost every aspect. It's no wonder why bioware made Liara the default romance character for Shepard.

I love this video and I thought that Bioware did a good job with the ending. I say this because shepard already died and came back, from that moment he was living on borrowed time. I loved commander shepard but he was leading a battle with impossible odds against an ancient species that is not limited by emotions like we are, he may have been the greatest soldier in the galaxy but not even he can escape his inevitable death. At least he died in way that meant something, in a way that was worthy for a man like him.
That would only he apply if he fell in glorious battle. He did not, he died because the deus ex machina at the end said so. He died because Bioware wanted to make a martyr story. And It's not about SHepard's death really. It is how everything you did was utterly pointless and did not affect the ending.

You're probably right man. Liara is pretty obsessed with Shepard when she's not busy telling you that she has no time.
Eh I wouldn't worry man. I know that Shepard and Liara are probably raising their kids together somewhere on Earth and they're still a happy couple. Shepard of course probably retired from the Alliance and pretty much went from full-time soldier to full-time father. I look to look at it like that and based on the ending you see in my video... I think it seems easier to think that way once you see the video. :)
I agree with you completely, and it also adds to the story because I mean...you have a human who essentially falls in love with an alien of a different species and no matter what they go through throughout the triology they always seem to stay together, I really like that Bioware made her the default romance option for Shepard and this is why in every video that I make it has Liara as Shepard's love interest. By the way thank you for viewing this video. :)

That was beautiful, I've never tried out any other romance options for Shepard out of my 10 me2 and 5 me3 playthroughs. I think I should at least do 1 paragon playthrough and experience a Shepard Liara romance, it looks really sweet. It's just Miranda's too tempting always end up dumping liara in ME2

Also I recently was viewing some epilogue style videos and articles, I noticed that Shepard is confirmed alive in the Destroy ending, so perhaps in another upcoming ME game we may see all of these characters again. Possibly even "All those little blue children" now that would be heartfelt.Here's hoping.

It would be sick if bioware makes the next mass effect after the destruction of the reapers and your character could be one of his kids even though they said they won't make a Shepard 2. Or you could romance liara again seeing how asari live for over a thousand years
Haha yeah that makes sense to me.
Id think that would be a much better choice than making an entirely new game from scratch, might even justify the end more that the extended endings did, knowing that shepards legacy as you will was passed on. The only game Ive ever seen that you play the main characters kid is Red Dead Redemption and I haven't seen that many games were they have done that. Shepard getting the council position would be common sense too becuase he/she did unite the galaxy if they lived that is.

Why do you say that?
I kind of enjoyed the ending to Mass Effect 3, so whenever I see that mod I see it as a desperate attempt by gamers to have a happy ending, regardless of whether a happy ending is possible for Shepard. In terms of Liara and Shepard, Liara will live for another 1000 years while Shepard would be lucky to live another 60. In my opinion it is better to go out with a bang being a hero than to die of old age. I want Shepard and Liara to be together but it simply isn't possible.

Here's the deal though. It wasn't a desperate attempt at anything. The MEHEM is basically a better version of the destroy ending where EDI doesn't die and instead of it showing that Shepard is trapped in rubble, it shows him on the ship. So in actuality it was just gamers putting in a extra effort into the ending that Bioware had difficulty doing for some reason.
i was just playing through the series (on me 3) a.d.i noticed they gave her some new lines on missions if you romance her
I say they could make it that the love intrest when they are female can have a kid regardless of the ending except refusal because we all know what happens then, having it be liara the kid would be asari becuase anything that mates with asari are asari offspring but with some of the others traits. Any other characters kids could be male or female, if shepard lives in destroy ending then sheapard might not be the main character but a support one, maybe even the new human council member.
Also look in mass effect 2. She constantly kept saying that they are different people and the for two years she was mourning him and after he helps her out again with the shadow broker she tries to break it off before Shepard gives her that kiss like in your video. I don't know man it just seems that they are the only couple to go to great lengths to have a relationship.
I just realized that a minor glitch in the game happened for some unapparent reason during recording it showed the subtitles during the end of the game scene and upon further review of the scene just before Shepard and Liara hug each other Kaidan is standing off to the right of Shepard when Ashley was there in the previous scenes considering she was the person on saved back on Virmire for storyline purposes.....anyway as I said before there will be no further editing of this video...so enjoy. :)
And I belive that Asari can have a unplanned pregnacy, after all they did do the Hanky Panky just before going to earth.
6500 total and 4100 in the end. The part that didn't show up was just before you run into the the beam and you call for an evac to get them out. Everything from there on never happened.

I can't remember exactly what music I used but one of them was from The Surface Of The Sun soundtrack and the music in the last bit of the video is from the Medal of Honor Warfighter soundtrack. Sorry I can't be more help, I'll look for the music online and on my PC and I'll see if I can get you an exact name for both of the tracks. :)

About 3100 with the Extended cut and 5000 in the original and you need to pick destroy to do it.

I have no idea to be completely honest with you. I haven't played Mass Effect 3 in a really long time. I'm pretty sure I downloaded a texture pack for my PC and it came with the jacket and a few other things. Thanks for the comment and have a good day!
