What are the different types of Post-Translational Modifications that occur in eukaryotes and prokaryotes after translation? How do Post Translational Modifications impact protein function? What are the different types of Post Translational Modifications? What is the function of Post-Translational Modifications? You will learn about phosphorylation, acetylation, methylation, glycosylation, ubiquitination, SUMOylation, proteolysis, and protein splicing and how PTMs affect diseases.

    Great review. Clear and concise.
This hasnt come a long way for many years.
The complexity is started to be understood though.
Ya .. thats why messing with the Methylation and acetylation balance and regulators are just not a good idea..
    For any reason..
Its complex to say the least.
    Millions of possibilities.
    You earned a sub ..

I am glad the content is useful. Unfortunately, I don't have these lectures in pdf format. I am working on developing a website which will eventually host these lectures in pdf format for quick reference. For now, these videos are the only source of information. I am hopeful the website will be functional soon.
