    Wow, very information dense and well animated. Question. i am looking for evidence that viral activity can trigger translation
    Of alternative orf's or upstream orf's in a way it resutles in neoantigens, just like in cancer. So can novel immunogenic host genome derived peptides be collateral damage of viral infection ?

      Yes, there is a decent evidence suggesting that Rapa up-regulates Cap-Independent Translation.
