Chorus did sound kinda off… the rest was great imo
was a bit better on the final chorus. they did this on korn unplugged back in 2007, you can hear her way better there

Look. Evanescence was the very first rock band I became a fan of. Thanks to that I entered the goth scene and stuff. Now, I'm in love with nu metal, being System of a Down my most favorite band from the genre, and as a musician myself I just can't like this combination. I just can't. Nu metal has got a power that (to me) Amy turns off, her melodic romantic singing style just doesn't go here...
