13 Ways to Bleed on Stage was one of my go to albums during my HS years. Cold came around at the right time for me. Sounds like it was similar for you Vin. Out of all the tracks on that album, the last track, Bleed, hit me the hardest...still does to this day.
bleed is one of the few songs to this day that if i listen to while down, ill have just start bawling... i still cant listen to that song while drunk. it brings out too much memories for me... depression is a bitch, even more so when you struggle with chemical dependency, and alcoholism, and your kids are the only beings on earth keeping you sober... if i were to lose them in anyway, shape or form, i dnt know how id handle it anymore

Anything from Alive or Just Breathing is tier god Metalcore IMO

I lost my wife just over 2 years ago to pneumonia. The first 1.5 years was absolutely horrible. Lots of suicide thought s. But I was fortunate in my depression that I already had a therapist. It finally got better. Dont ever hesitate to get help. You can make it through.

After Howard Jones joined they went downhill fast as Howard Jones is a shitty vocalist and now Jesse David leech is doing horrible they need to drop this pop punk bullshit and take it back to the old days old KSE if not retire and leave it to Adam's signed band Parkway Drive

Paul Kalkbrenner - Feed your head.
Paul is one of the best electro / minimal DJ's in the world. His music is pure chillness for your soul. Sounds a bit cheesy? But it isn't. There is a reason why people on his live performances, hold signs with, Paul is my therapist, written on it.
My whole life, I was most of the time listening to metal and rock music, he was the favourit DJ of my youngest brother, he always convinced me to listen to him, but I was stupid at that time. Than my brother died and I was searching RUclips for music for his funeral, instead I found healing for my broken heart when I first heard Paul's music.
I would really love to see you both hearing him for the very first time.
