    I really like this series/course, you don't really find this out there on RUclips. As a lead editor I'm constantly having to instruct these young college grads, because all they know is how to edit "jump cut" RUclips videos. I ask them to pull selects or overcut and their eyes glaze over. Think Im going to start sending them this way on their lunch breaks.
    You should do one on entering Metadata. I work in the auto industry, and the production team will film anywhere between 900-1100 clips. So I have the newbies start entering meta after ingesting, from both the log sheets, and after scrubbing through the clip completely. It takes a couple of days, but speeds up the editing process. If i need tires, I search for tires and out of 1000 clips, only 20 show up.

      Sorry that I'm just now seeing this, but thank you for the comment and feedback! Couldn't agree more about metadata, it's a strong assist on large projects.
