I have set the time as per my time zone which is Delhi.. Now after that it should automatically adjust the time of other time zones or cities.. but other cities are showing one hour late , I am wondering why!!! is it some manufacturing defects?

How to you set the home time zone to Lon so that it will display the day and date? I have London on T 3 but it won't display the day and date. If I press mode and scroll through again it goes back to T 1 - Lis and it will quickly change back to displaying the day/date. But I can't get it to do that for Lon - T 3.
