- Construction of my drill rack and charging station to house some of my Ryobi One+ tools. All built form 18mm plywood
A link to the cutting plan I used is below, I also redrew the plan in metric measurements for anyone not comfortable with imperial.
Original plans and cut list were taken from here:

My redrawn metric plan is here (PDF):

Cheers mate I needed some like this that I could follow without dado stacks and a million quids worth of clamps .
Glad it helped 👍
Great video. Well done!
Thank you
Looks good that, the only thing I'd change would be to pocket hole the underside of the drawer base, save getting little odds and sods fall in the holes.
That is spot on. I did the holes on the inside just because I initially thought it was easier to assemble but it should have been the other way as you suggest
I like this one also. will have to make this.
Nice one mate - will deff be trying to make the same station 👍🏻
French cleat great . Thank you for the plan and video
Brilliant this mate I’d love to be able to make things like this 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks Kev 👍
Wow that was a nice build. Great job
Thank you very much 👍
Ah the familiar drill in the way shot. I use the arm or body in the way shot. Awesome build buddy
Thanks, that's means a lot from a fellow video maker.
🙈 I didnt even realise until it was way too late and I was editing. When I record on my phone I watch them back, but for some reasons when I shoot with the DSLR I dont
I’m lucky if I remember to turn the camera on 🤦🏼♂️
Great video, scary music lol
Suggestion... The pocket holes of the drawer had to be put by the outside of the box, so you open the drawer you don't see them.
Definitely. In retrospect, I should have done the drawer. Normally with the pocket holes on the outside and then applied a false front to it. Live and learn, I won't make that mistake agaib
@@JamesDeanDesigns Don't sorry, besides that, the build is excellent and I liked it, I want to build it myself.
Love the mitre station. Any chance of a video on this?
Thank you. Unfortunately I was quite rushed when I built the bench and didnt have time to film it (really regret it now). More shots of it are on my Instagram link below but check out Tomasz on his Casual DIY channel, he had a great video of how to build one. Link is also below

Hi James, I have a Question Getting ready to go out and buy the plywood . On the plans the draw base say it 7.5/8x 16 3/8 on the lay out on the front page it say it 8 1/4 x16 7/8
Hi Roy, If I remember correctly (as I actually built this in September) the original plans allow for the base to sit inside of the drawer frame which is why the front and back are wider at 17 7/8 (I noticed you put 16 7/8). However there is some slight confusion as well with the original website as they talk about building the drawer in both in 1/4 ply and 3/4 ply so the measurements will differ slightly depending on which thickness you use.
Thank you for getting back
probably would have put the pocket holes on the bottom, but nice design
Definitely agree if I went back and did it again. I was trying to hide the holes but you don't see the bottom anyway
Love the build, but how did you make that flip miter saw section?
Thank you very much, that's really appreciated.

James Dean Des
Do you have a video and/or plans on your work bench that flips power tool? Thank you.
I dont but check out Casual DIY. His was very similar and he did a great video. Was probably over a year ago now but just check his playlist
This is a great design isn't it, I think I will be building the same one soon. Thanks for sharing. I also have a small youtube channel if you would like to have a nosy.
For the short time it took to make, it's been one of the best additions to my workshop. Subbed your channel 👍
@@JamesDeanDesigns its such a good feeling when your workshop is well organised, my little shed was so tidy, can't wait to see my new workshop organised and tidy 🙂
Too much bla bla bla
Well it is essentially a how to video, so it it requires a bit of bla bla bla but thanks for the feedback
