Yamaha XJ650 teardown seized engine, a step by step guide

Thanks for the video. I have the exact bike. I want to rebuild the motor on it. What are the yamaha Donor engines can be used? Are the 650 Maxim engines the same motor and set up for the year? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yes the engines are the same except some have an oil cooler, but Yamaha did this as a simple add on to where the oil filter is, so if you have one you can easily use it or not.
