LMC truck has many, but white is kind of a rare color and I think it's often more expensive to find. Those covers and door panels there are actually a light beige, and the rear white panels may actually have been custom made or 100% aftermarket.
Because when the back window is down, the exhaust fumes come inside. The deflector helps, but doesn't completely eliminate the problem. And I agree, they look bad.
