For anyone who cares, the band on this is Matt Goodwin, drums; Al Bedrosian, bass; James Borden, piano and Craig Printup on guitar, with Bill, of course. The same band as on most of the "Blues from Los Angeles: The 1980's" LP and CDs.
Holy smokes!!! Where did you find this? The Night Owls was my band, we started working with Bill in 1979 at Shakey Jake Harris' club in Watts, and I think we started at the Starboard Attitude in 1980, so this has to be at least 1980. It sounds like earlier on, we got kicked out of there in 1982.
