Mine started to come at 16 although it's patchy but my moustache is very thick. My moustache was very patchy and sparse at first when it started to come at 15 but after that my moustache grew thicker and beard also started to come but patchy as hell. As I am gonna be 22 next week, my beard is still patchy although I'm seeing a lil bit of increase density in my beard. Let's see if I can grow a full beard at 25 or not. I'm letting it grow so that the patches will be covered. By the way you look very handsome in long hair and beard. I wish I had such good beard genetics. Don't shave man, keep it.

I was 15 when my chin hair came in, not that long after, im talking literal months, my sides start to come in, patchy but still. Im thinking im going to be that kid with a full beard in high school but that was not the case. By the end of high school my beard wasnt patchy but it also wasnt thick and it didnt connect. Every year tho it got better, coverage and density wise, at 25 i now have a beard comparable to the weekend
