It's a very bad idea anyway as the resources overlap and both use a hefty 11 flamingo units of build capacity. Meaning you could created another 22 walls/floors/Vintage water dispense instead of these 2 items.
i have every resource generators I can set up around my camp, though my main camp I have. I have set up right at the bottom of the hill from vault 76, and have everything unlocked! so whenever a new player, (or someone making a new character) comes walking by, my camp would be one of the first things they encounter, and I have signs around, take whatever you need, giving out for free! why not share with the community to rebuild! (plus I have more then enough resources for myself, I dont NEED any more)
I agree the water boiler is butt ugly, I hide mine in the corner of my camp😄 I bought the butter churn plan from a players camp, and I use the tea, coffee and Pemmican collector all the time (having food that doesn't spoil is very useful).
When they brought in the Mirelurk Steamer, the Smoked Mirelurk Fillets giving 75 carry weight as a carnivore and using strength in numbers kinda made the ragstad obsolete for me, but still keep it for the caps generation 😎🥩
the only real use I use the bee hive, is when I get a daily challenge to "complete a daily quest" so I just grab 10 honey, and give them to the robot at the giant teapot,

One thing that's great, (and please correct me if I'm wrong), but the collectrons will gather a selection of items based upon whichever one you placed, plus whatever routine you select - so the fetch collectron will generate junk and nuka-cola if you selected the nuka-cola subroutine...
Yes. That is correct. I did not include collectrons because collecting is their sole purpose. They're pretty self-explanatory. In this video I wanted to show items that are realistic and/or decorative things that look cool AND also produce resources. For instance, you can put up pretty flowers, OR you can put up pretty flowers that attract butterflies and also produce resources.
I'm so happy I got the butter churn and I agree with this list plus I think the weenie wagon or the popcorn machine would have been a good choice for the video
I thought about those, and many others :D but i just don’t use them. I had the popcorn machine set up for a while after I just got it, but I quickly got tired of having to find a place where I can connect it cleanly, and honestly popcorn doesn’t actually do anything:D The Weenie Wagon is cool and useful but big, loud, and has a very specific industrial kitchen look that doesn’t work with my current camp style.
Great video! I always have the wood pile, too. It’s not hard to get wood in the game, but I like how it looks & gives 40 wood at once. Making it look like this: Boiled water (2) Boiled water Boiled water (4) Boiled water (2) Boiled water Boiled water (6) Boiled water, etc……….
3:56 The water boiler is worthless if not just for cosmetics, since you can spam-collect dirty water from water sources and collect hundreds of "dirty water" and make "boiled water".
I have to disagree, I bought the nodding donkey candle machine and It has completely replaced my wood generator so I'm constantly running out of wood, I find the water boiler incredibly useful as I use my wood for reserve crafting or camp building
@@Gamer_Aviator plus it restricts were you place your camp, or requires you to use a well/rain water collector. Neither of which I think you can spam collect. Though the rain water collector looks a alot better.
yep. There are a million ways to get all these resources. Having a resource collector saves time. I, for instance, never grow food in my camp, to save on budget and also because it's a total nuisance when your camp gets damaged you can't "restore all items" because you're l missing an ear of corn. So for me, your method is time consuming and disruptive to my play style. The whole point of all of these items to to get what you want in seconds and get on with your game. Hunt less. I love these items, but I really wish that things like the butter churner weren't locked behind luck of the drop. Hopefully they make it either accessible in the future, or something we see come back in future fastnacht
At first some of them are, to make them more rare and special, but after a while all these plans make their way to either Sam, Mortimer, or the Atomic Shop.
thanks for the great run through Noodle :D love it... just a note, don't know if it changed but you can now have a chicken and a brahmin at the same time... but you did not include the Mirelurk Steamer specifically for the Smoked Mirelurk Fillets that gives you more carry weight than Ragstag... also, what about the Donkey and Collectron??? and the weenie wagon and popcorn?
You're welcome. Glad you enjoyed it. Check the pinned comment ;) Like I mention in the video, there are A TON more camp items that produce resources. I'm not a fan of the weenie wagon or the popcorn machine. They were fun for a while, but the wagon takes up a lot of space and is very style specific, and the popcorn machine doesn't really provide anything valuable or useful. It's just a fun curiosity if you have a kitchen setup or a theatre setup. And the mirelurk steamer simply freaks me out. :D hahahaha I don't want that ginornous thing anywhere near my adorable camp :D -Noodle
I just wish I knew why after not playing for awhile and coming back my speed bag and my weight set disappeared from my build now I gotta buy them again. Lol

I placed my water boilers near my wasteland jaccuzi to make it look like the supply tank for it.
That’s a great idea.
I've dun that aswell, placed the tank by the back of the jaccuzi. it just fits well and looks like apart of the machines to operate the spa.
