Schlitterbahn New Braunfels is by far the best water park that i have ever visited. The old part of the park (where this ride is located) is beautiful and has many amazing slides, great views and very comfortable tempratures because there is a lost of shade from the trees. The water comes from a river and several natural spings, so it is very clean and does not contain any chorine. The park has been voted as the best water park in the world many times. The new part has world renowned rides such as "The Master Blaster" and "Dragons Escape". Would realy recomend this park to anyone who is the region of San Antonio, Texas!
P.S. The Schlitterbahn Blast Pass is worth your money if you would decide to go there on a busy day. It will save you at least 2 hours of standing in line!

My favorite ride is definitely this one! Because I’ve been to the one with the dragons revenge, but it isn’t as fun as this one every year me and my dad are going to be going here. (And I really want to stay at the resort with my sisters)

These are such fun slides when the current actually takes you all the way, it sucks when you get caught in the back swirls, dead current areas, there are some amazing current slides out there that don't allow this to happen.

Lol when a water slide needs 5-6 staff members across to push people forward there might be a flaw in its design

They didn't used to have this many people helping you along. I liked the way it was before when you had to learn to navigate eddies and whirlpools to continue on the ride. I don't like that they push you along, but I think a lot of people got frustrated. I miss how this place was in the late 1990s and 2000s.

I went to the smaller one in Galveston, they hsve the people pushing you there because you tend to get stuck

That lifeguard might be sad when she watches this only to find out her face has been covered up. So much for being famous.

Even then, it's located in South Texas where I live.
It tends to get to 80F or 25C during winter on good days, so yeah.

The "need" to have multiple lifeguards standing in the middle of the water slide to aid riders along with their rides surely detracts a significant portion of enjoyment from what the water slide could deliver sans lifeguards.

You have to understand unlike new tube chutes that these were built in house in the 50s so of course they weren’t perfect. Would you rather get stuck?

Would you rather have kids drown? Some of the currents are strong and you don’t have to be very tall to ride
