Student Lucy Lyde yeah, I’ve seen the one in Galveston in real life (didn’t get to go though). The one in new braunfels is more complex and has more rides
oh yes! I went for the first time at the age of 6-7 i just went too new branufuls! It was near a river thing I went!! It’s so fun same as schlitterbahn!
Schlitterbahn New Braunfels is by far the best water park that I have ever visited. The old part of the park is beautiful and has many amazing slides, great views, and very mild temperatures because of lots of natural shade from the surrounding trees. The water comes from a river and several natural springs, so it is very clean and does not contain any chlorine. The park has been voted as the best water park in the world many times. The new part has world-renowned rides such as "The Master Blaster" and "Dragons Escape". I would really recommend this park to anyone who is the region of San Antonio, Texas! P.S. The Schlitterbahn Blast Pass is worth your money if you would decide to go there on a busy day. It will save you at least 2 hours of standing in line!
@@sawyersnape2430 I hate to be That person, but it’s “Dragon’s Revenge” Seriously tho, everything else you said was true, it’s genuinely the best waterpark I’ve ever been to,

I live in New Braunfels Texas I used to always come here but now I don’t come as much because it’s way to busy and the lines usually take like 50 minutes at the shortest
I've been going since the 80s when it was just the rides around the castle. I'm pretty disappointed that they didn't show the end of raging River when it actually dumps you out into the Comal River.
Anyone remember when the Downhill Racer went straight down, no gradual hills? And it had the hard plastic yellow sleds? Ugh! A million times scarier! Loved the NB location! Nothing can beat it! ❤️
I grew up going to this water park every summer. Back in the 80's many slides dumped you out in the river (not the case today). It's so unique with the beauty of the natural landscape, very cool spring water from the river. 100% recommend to everyone! Don't live in the area, I'd recommend a trip the entire town and region is beautiful Texas Hill Country. Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels, Texas has won the BEST water park in the world many times! Landa Landa Resort is right next to the park.
My family and I go to New Braunfels about every 2 years to see my grandparents. We go to schlitterbahn every time we go to New Braunfels. I was just there two weeks ago. I wanted to come here ever since I saw it on the Travel Channel in 2009. It may not have the biggest slide lineup compared to other parks, but it definitely has one of the most unique and interesting lineups of them all. But I did have one huge flaw with this place, and it was how packed it was. We had to spend two days there just to visit both sides of the property. Maybe I should consider Fast Lane on my next visit.
@Ap32023 I don't know if it was necessarily quickly, but it was holding up the regular line, and without it, re-rides weren't possible on some attractions.

before you go to the old park just know that if you have kids it can be dangerous because my 4 year old brother flipped on a slide and the tube didn't have a hole but thank god he had a life vest. if you have kids they can get smashed by overweight people and get hurt. a person came flying into me and hurt me. on the slide at the old park an overweight person was not going so me and my friend got I front of her but then when we went down my friend flipped over because she got rammed into. the new park is way safer and has a weight limit
