loved this interview Dorian is my favorite bodybuilder of all time, l am from the UK and was working in Birmingham UK in the 90s and found Dorian's gym l asked the guy behind the counter about Dorian he said you have just mist him but the guy possible Dorians training partner from Blood and Guts give me a quick tour of the Gym, he said its possible Dorian might be back In and he did for a brief moment, l had the pleasure of seeing Dorian a few years later at his seminar just 2 days after his Olympia win he was still in good shape and it was very educational and he answered every question on how much gear he was taken and he shared his training philosophy and HIT Training l got to shake his hand and speak to Dorian he was very relaxed and friendly

I got goosebumps when I saw the notification with Dorian Yates in it, although I'll save it for cardio later in the day. On another note, it's really amazing what you're doing with this podcast, and knowing that you've probably done more than 200 in total (plus diet, cooking, shopping and training videos) since you started with the podcast in 2019 speaks volumes of your work ethic. I think that you and some of the guys you have usually here are creating a path that will probably yield another golden era of bodybuilding where the Iains, Nicks and James of today will be remembered like we do with Levrone or Yates. Finally, thanks for the entertainment, specially during this accidented past year.

I was so excited to see this episode. I stepped into my first gym when I was 18 back in 1994 and Dorian was the reigning Olympia Champ. I bought both his books and video shortly afterward. 10 years later I got to meet him at the Arnold Classic. Great interview I thoroughly enjoyed it and congrats on #100!
