Nice video! There is no such thing as a "sealed unit" if you have the right screwdriver and a few minutes. My wheel is spinning a little too freely, my gears look good, but I think the abuse from the kids sheared the wheel axle or the socket into the first gear. Can't seem to get the tire off to pull that first gear off
I accidentally cleaned off all the white stuff thinking it was lotion 😭 my wheel still isn’t cooperating causing it to spin in circles and now I probably made the issue worse.

Thank you, it was not obvious that I needed to pry that cover up! Let's hope that I've fixed my problem, I *think* it only needed some dust removal...

My wheels are running backwards what do you think I need to do ? Replace the motors also ?
