Hello, i need your help with my ILR application. I am kind of getting confused with date of application due to ILR calculator I used online and the 28 days before visa expires. I got the visa on 12/11/2019. My first entry into UK was 20/11 1/2019. This visa expires 15/02/25. When i used the calculator, it said earliest application should be 14/10/24 and it expires 11/11/24. But if I count 28 days away from 15/02/25. it will be diferent. Could you kindly help out with this?. I took A1 English test before coming into the uk and A2 before my FLR(M) application, do I need to take the B1 test of English? Thanks

I was just wondering if a spouse has the spousal visa do they have the same travelling rights as someone that has a British passport for example if they are from Morocco?

      Hi @spacemonkey1678,
Obtaining a UK spouse visa does not give that person the same travelling rights as someone that has a British passport.
For instance, a Moroccan national intending to travel to Schengen countries would generally be required to obtain a Schengen visa beforehand.
Therefore, you should check the entry requirements for each country you plan to visit.
      I hope the above helps.
      Best regards,
      The Migrate.org.uk team.
