OMG that oil pan. Scary stuff. Definitely give it a few short interval oil changes. Top end looked ok, so likely just condensation water mixed with the oil.
Tis a first generation xb with a 1.5 liter. That is simply one of the most reliable motors ever made. Water in the oilpan? Aint nothin to worry about. Maintain it right and this twenty year old car will still be running long after most 2024 models are in the scrap yard.

I totally agree with you! It did sit for about 3 years with a blown head gasket. I will though, change the oil early for the next few cycles.
