    And don't forget, don't cut *all* sugar, or *all* carbs from your diet!
    You still need glucose for energy, you just need less!

      👍of course...No one can cut out all carbs. Every food is a mix of all 3 macros and other micronutrients. Except maybe pure fats like oils ! And pure carbs like sugars.
