My first car. 2003 city 1.5 exi. ❤️Still have it but battery dead since more than 2yrs and now can't even drive in Delhi due to 15yr rule... The performance of this car is phenomenal... I have done Infinite wheelspins without even trying. I always have and will love this car.

We had this masterpiece in family and i was amateur driver at that time,but oh man the feel this car gives is something else,ohc love forever.
Even when we had the Cielo at home, the City VTEC with a spoiler and shiny wheels was a car that me and my dad used to love (along with the Octavia)

Have had a 1998 1.5exi manual. Drove till 2016.....just loved it... Got a mileage of 7 to 23 kmpl. Just how this beauty was driven... The best car I ever had... 😍🥰
I have this maharaja gold colour car done 1.6lakhskms 1.3Exi engine still is super smooth revs till redline grunt you hear after 5000rpm just elates your mind

Yes, it makes artificial sounds as 1500 cc engine isn't capable of delivering sounds of those large V6 or V8 engines.

I own a 1998 Honda City 1.5 EXI AT. I still haven't seen or heard anyone owning it. It feels so good to see this car on someone's YT channel, but pity that it's not maintained properly.

@@VishalTarkar I usually use for normal commuting since the place where I live is a populated area. The car shows no sign of breakdown even today. Although, small niggles such as radiator pipe breakage, AC breakdown happens rarely but can happen. I have also taken it for long rides (Lucknow - Himachal) and faced no issues at all, ever. Moreover, please keep in mind the new rules of the government, especially for Delhi/NCR, where you cannot ride a petrol car with more than 15 years of age.
Now coming to your question, it can be a decent idea to own one but you should consider all the factors before owning one like Time, Money, Parts Availability etc etc.. I have all the above resources by God's grace, so I don't feel much of an issue. But it can be a cumbersome experience for someone who lacks even any one of the above. But you should give it a try atleast, I am sure you won't be disappointed. 🙂
