@@Moonlight-hq3gi already hondas are a little bit on the expensive side compared to its competitors so introducing a turbo engine will significantly increase the cost. The 1.2 i vtec isn't refined as much of that in the 1.2 vvt in suzukis..I think honda should really work on their 1.2l i vtec

One more trick to save fuel.. Buy used honda city with 10 lakh limit..very good unit will get with that amount.. Remaining 10 lakh put in fd.. With that interest put petrol.. This interest money is ur additional milage..every month u will receive 5k as interest.. If you travel 1000 km in a month.. U need 66LT with 15kmpl..44 LT u got from interest.. Remaining 22 LT from ur pocket.. Which translates to 45 milage.. With 2000 km per month the milage will come to 22 kmpl..

If adas is working flawlessly on the road where no lane markings, this car is brilliant. FYI - Even tesla needs lane marking to auto pilot mode work..
Auto pilot is way too advanced than adas. ADAS is just adaptive cruise control with some additional features. Tesla can do way more than that.

this car is not as hard to drive but the fuel efficiency that most of the family and people want for a long trip for them this car is amazing if this car gets a little bit more functions then it can compete with other sedans and cars in this segment and the vlog was very good

I am impressed by the smartness n idea they have put into which can become future to remove the lag what the battery cars have , they discharge after 200km or anything but when we use generator installed in car itself which regularly charges car while running using petrol so it must be a new innovation man

Idtec is giving mileage of 25kmpl. Petrol Hybrid gives mileage of 26.5 kmpl. If they price hybrid more than 3 lakhs above idtec, I don't think it would be a good deal considering it gives only 1 km additional mileage. Not to forget Petrol costs more than Diesel as well.

Having driven CRV in the past, I’m very inclined to Honda. So seriously considering switching. Your review has made making my choice easier. Just have to convince the wife now. She wants only a compact SUV, and I’m not very fond of the hyryder, so unless the elevate has a strong hybrid, it’s the city hybrid for us. Thanks Faisal. I just have one question sir..flipped hundreds of threads on the net and watched many videos but found nowhere the answer..how much is the only electric range of the car? I mean without petrol how many kms will it go?
No range on pure Ev, because the battery is charged while using petrol mode, and then after the battery is charged it will use the combination of that extra range along with Petrol, so total range is around 26km combined.

Honda is not the first. The Diesel loco is using same principle for last 50 years. Although loco does not have a battery but it has generater which powers the motor.

Yeah I don't know about this one chief. Everyone has thought about this concept before but never implemented it probably because the fuel savings outweigh the initial cost. Plus I think it's not a plug in hybrid I hear?
Looks like it required Honda to win an F1 championship for a stellar hybrid technology and motivation.
Ground clearance had been always an issue for Honda cars(City & Civic). These cars are good for highways but when it comes to driving in city, only one big speed breaker is enough to damage the body(when fully laden).
It wasn’t an issue for 4th gen city. For 3rd gen, yes.
If need to spend around 20L, this car or TaigunGT plus or Kushaq styleAT ? No specific bodytype need. Mini suv or sedan both would do the job.

Actually the after 120 is hybrid. The engine only is actually around from 70 to 90 when the engine is most fuel efficient.
