    Did this workout with a medical foot problem. I did take many breaks. However, this was an awesome workout without the need of jumping! And not to forget the ending positive encouragement you provide as-well as the true deal about not every cardio has to be jumping. Thanks Larie, .

    I thought this would be an easy warm up before doing some arms and abs. Afterward I feel like this is enough exercise for the whole day. This chick is awesome.

    Im in week 23 pregnant and this workout was easy to follow. i just changed mountainclimbers into BIRD-DOG, and last exercise into side plank.... i love your workouts. Short but intense, perfect for mothers who dont really have a lot of time for themselves

    Thank you for this workout Larie! I injured my lower back very badly 6 months ago, and have finally worked up to the point where I can do low impact cardio workouts (and also some strength training, with modifications). I am so happy to be back to working out, and I am looking forward to trying out some other workouts on your channel.

    Started my morning with this not an easy one today 😊. Thank you, Larie for my jump free morning 😊. I combined it with a 20 minute cardio sculpting workout and a 25 minute functional flow.

    Effective, quick, heart elevating workout. This is my go to low impact cardio workout! Love the awesome content ,looking forward to seeing more low impact workouts :)

    What a great all around workout that flew by! Loved every exercise and her cues were on point, like the little preview exercise step in the top corner, very helpful to keep you moving. I did Pop Sugar before, but I LOVE this! Oxoxoxox

    I seriously underestimated this workout and, Laurie - I'm sorry about that. I really enjoyed the variety, and many low impact workouts don't really get my heart racing but this one was super tough.

    Doing month 2 program on ur channel- wondering does it matter if I do the cardio 1st? Or should I do it after the strength training? Aaaannnd...I know it's better 2 do them back to back, but is it if I do one part ( cardio or strength)of the workout later in the day?

    Is this workout is ok for first trimester pregnant?

      This is not a prenatal workout - I would recommend getting your docs permission, and modifying a few moves - no twisting from the core (or extremely reduced ROM) - this is continuous (no breaks) so go at your own pace. You may want to reduce the range of motion when taking a knee in or take it on a slightly different path. On the unilateral exercises, you may want a wall or something sturdy to help brace yourself.
