Im in week 23 pregnant and this workout was easy to follow. i just changed mountainclimbers into BIRD-DOG, and last exercise into side plank.... i love your workouts. Short but intense, perfect for mothers who dont really have a lot of time for themselves

I am so happy to be back to working out, and I am looking forward to trying out some other workouts on your channel.

Doing month 2 program on ur channel- wondering does it matter if I do the cardio 1st? Or should I do it after the strength training? Aaaannnd...I know it's better 2 do them back to back, but is it if I do one part ( cardio or strength)of the workout later in the day?
This is not a prenatal workout - I would recommend getting your docs permission, and modifying a few moves - no twisting from the core (or extremely reduced ROM) - this is continuous (no breaks) so go at your own pace. You may want to reduce the range of motion when taking a knee in or take it on a slightly different path. On the unilateral exercises, you may want a wall or something sturdy to help brace yourself. Hope this helps momma and congrats ❤️
