    I really appreciate these quick full body low impact videos. I'm still burning at least 100 calories or more and I get a workout in even when my schedule is packed.

    Loved this one girl! I changed up the format just a tad with no 10 second breaks. Only rested between sets - then I added light hand weights for that extra cardio blast. Loved having the back core associated in it as well! Great burner!! 🔥💪🏻
