I am 39 years old.
I have been doing yoga and mostly pranayam for since a year almost everyday ( for my autoimmune disease) and before also was doing frequently.
But since six months my periods are very painful even it started after doing pranayams. and anal pain with more bleeding can survive two days with painkillers only.
Now my ultrasound came through with polps.
Please advice.

sumati rajesh I will suggest for few days not do Zumba. Do these yoga and pranayama. As any form of jumping will aggregate prolapsed. No lifting heavy weight. You will feel results in 416 months. But these have have to be lifetime practice. As u will stop practising it will start taking its head up again . All the best take care. Happy to see sincere girls towards firness

if I do continuous fr 6mnths vl this go... bcz dctr says as u age...on daily basis u loose the elasticity of it......

I had one doubt I saw baba ramdevs video, he says do kapalbhathi for 20mnts.. gradually, but in sum other videos sum hav to say that kapalbhathi can be done only fr 5mnts... wat is ur opinion..... while doing vrajasana the breathing has to be normal right........ is ths very effective .....
